I went in the day before my wedding to have my ring cleaned. The owner told me she wouldn’t do it because I didn’t buy my ring there. Obviously I’m from out of town and in the area for my wedding... I would’ve even paid to have it done. Even chain jewelry stores have no problem performing this simple service even though it wasn’t purchased from any of them... wow.

I see you wrote a reply to my review.. so which is it; you don’t have the means to clean jewelry, or you don’t have the means to clean MY jewelry? Because I was very rudely told that if I didn’t buy my ring there that you would NOT clean it. Not that you couldn’t. If someone had politely told me that you didn’t have the equipment to perform the service that would be one thing... instead I got a very snippy answer that you COULD clean it had I purchased the ring from you... you guys were exceedingly and unnecessarily rude. I’m glad I didn’t purchase my ring from you and feel sorry for...

I had a truly wonderful experience shopping and purchasing a beautiful pair of earrings for my 60th birthday. The staff (especially Mel) were extremely helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately due to my excitement in purchasing these earrings, I mistakenly left the earrings that I wore into the store there. Mel was so kind to contact me and mailed my earrings back to me. Nothing better than a retail business that sells beautiful merchandise with awesome customer service! Looking forward to visiting this...

Fantastic service from this store!!!! I lost an earring and came into the store to see if they had another set. They suggested I bring in the one earring I had left. They called the artist, had another one made for me and even had the other one cleaned up! All in two weeks. I never would have thought to have this done! I am telling everyone what great service you offer....
