I wish I could give this place ZERO stars...Saturday March 20, I ordered food for my family thru the Domino app around 9:30 pm, and it said my estimated delivery time was about 10:16, according to the Tracker. When it said the driver had left the store (6 minutes away), I stood in front of my house...imagine my surprise when the app said "delivered"...but, I was standing right there and no one showed up! I gave it about 5 minutes, and when no one showed, I called the store. And was on hold while I got dressed....was still on hold as I was driving to the store...was still on hold as I walked in the the location and phones are ringing...38 minutes in total. I asked the person at the counter where my food was, since it wasn't at my house...he tells me "it's being delivered"...I ask him why it says it was delivered almost an hour ago, he tells me, "it's busy and the app gets overwhelmed". By this time my family hasn't eaten, I'M IRATE, this guy doesn't seem to care, and when I tell him I'm going to the Management of this store, he says "I really hope you do complain, maybe then they will get me some help". He keeps offering me a refund, but by now, it's almost 11pm, and my family still hasn't eaten. Someone else in the store says the driver is on my way to my house with the food, I call my wife and she says they someone is just dropping the food off.
I drive back home, and I'm not in the house TWO minutes when my son tells me that it's the WRONG PIZZA (I ALWAYS order BBQ sauce instead of tomato sauce because my son is allergic, and I ordered chicken and there was no chicken at all on this) after he's taken two big bites. Now, I'm ready to explode. I grab the pizza, get dressed(again), and jump back in the car. I show this guy the sticker on the box, then tell him to look at the pizza...AGAIN, he offers me a refund. It's 11:45...my family still hasn't eaten, and my son is at home with a reaction to the tomato sauce. I tell him to make me another pizza AND another Cheesy Bread, because the other ones are sitting home cold and uneaten. I watch him make the pizza and stick it the oven, and I ask him if that is the Wisconsin 6 Cheese I originally ordered..."you said chicken"! WHAT THE F%#K!!! He just read the sticker of what I ordered...he makes ANOTHER one...by the time we get home with the food, it's after Midnight. RIDICULOUS. And, NOT ONCE did this person at the store apologize, not once. He tried to blame me having the wrong pizza on the the app as well...I asked him if the app made the pizza, or did he....
I tried calling MSK Management, but it seems they take the same approach as the store...they don't answer the phones either. I was on hold for about 10 minutes, when it told me to leave a message. Upon further looking, seems they have a class action lawsuit against them for not paying their workers properly (I guess that's why the counter person made the comment he did), but I plan on contacting Domino's Corporate with this, since this is not the first time I've had an issue with this location; I let the first one slide. I also plan on contacting my bank and disputing all charges on my card ( I spend over $40 including delivery fee and tip...I HAD TO GO GET THE FOOD MYSELF!), and posting this story on all my social media platforms.
Do yourself a favor...if you wan't Domino's in the future...DON'T GO...
Read moreLet me begin by saying I’ve been ordering from this location for 6 years and it has progressively gotten worse. Today being by far the worst experience yet.
I ordered online to discover there was no delivery available at this location but instead CarSide pick-up. Since the site explicitly stated this I was happy to drive there and wait for my food to be brought out to me as was already determined. I arrived at 9:34 sent the “Here” text and was instructed to put on my hazards on and wait for delivery within 2 mins. At 9:35 It showed as having been delivered to my vehicle. Understanding it was late I extended more grace and waited until 9:40 for someone to come out.
When we saw no movement my husband went to the store front to get the attention of the attendant who did not make any attempt to acknowledge him. He did not go in since he wasn’t not wearing a mask and also because the woman was in there alone. He came back to the car and I proceeded to call the store myself. The Jamaican woman who answered curtly said “I don’t do curbside past 9pm”. At this point I’m incensed by her tone and lack of urgency. She didn’t offer any solution so I told her I’d come in. I get there and my pizza is still sitting behind her. She makes no attempt to grab it so I ask her “HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET MY FOOD?” Her response again was “I don’t go outside past 9pm.” Instead of passing me my pizza we engage in a shouting match. She then very rudely tried to dismiss me and then proceeded to hurl insults towards me. She also said “that’s why I can cook” and I said “thats what makes you an asset to the establishment”... Admittedly, I was angry as well and at that point lost my cool. However from the very beginning of our interaction she was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. I would have had no issue with her being uncomfortable coming out at night however it should have been communicated via a phone call to come in to pick up my order instead of allowing me to wait if she never had intentions of coming out. As a woman of color I am extremely disappointed from our interaction and seeing others have had a similar experience with her makes me even more disappointed in her continued unprofessional behavior. She took me out of character for something as simple as delivering pizza. I do not recommend ordering from here especially since the food was not prepared the...
Read moreReceived the only Dominos pizza I’ve ever thrown away.
I ordered pan pizza garlic twists, but I received a pan pizza unlike any I have received from a Dominos before. Instead of being thick and fluffy, it was about as thin as the regular pizza option, about half the thickness it should have been (see image). The crust, instead of being crispy and golden as is usually the case with pan pizza, was soft, floppy, and rubbery. Separating a slice from the pie to eat it, it felt like I was pulling away a piece of play doh that had been poorly cut out with a stencil. It tasted kind of chewy, undercooked (ever eat a bit of raw pizza dough? Sort of like that), and rubbery. After choking down one slice, I figured that throwing it in the oven for a bit would finish cooking it if it were in fact undercooked. Didn’t help. Ended up throwing it away, it was incredibly unappetizing.
Garlic twists were very similar. Instead of being big and puffy and light, they were dense and small and a little wrinkly - think raisins instead of grapes. They were also not nearly as good as usual.
So I think there was something wrong with the dough, or perhaps the settings on the oven were wrong. I wouldn’t know, because this location doesn’t answer the phone, even if you wait for 10 minutes. I’m reaching out to corporate instead to see if I can get some kind of refund, and I’ll be sure to avoid this location...
