Although the quality of food is great, the attention to detail of the staff leaves much to be desired. I have ordered here multiple times, yet each of my past three orders have been incorrect. Each time I have asked for Taylor Ham and cheese on a bagel with salt, pepper, ketchup; though, each time I received Taylor Ham EGG and Cheese with no ketchup at all. The staff is friendly, but it appears they are not attentive when taking orders, resulting in subpar results. Stopped into Bagel Supreme and got a bagel with cream cheese. Taste-wise, it wasn’t bad. The problem? The price. A plain bagel with cream cheese was $2.75. I asked for extra cream cheese and they charged me $3.75 extra — and the “extra” wasn’t even close to the amount I’ve gotten at other places like Rahway Bagels.
