Well my 1st time to a location like this and I have to share a few insights off the bat. 1st: this establishment needs to invest in a air filtration system. 2nd: there should be rules to the floor like in a roller skating rink. Socks only around activity area and urban air charges so much it should be able to provide simple 3d printed slippers of all size for every customer who will be participating in the anyone of the pits or trampoline areas. (This will keep anyone active using slippers when walking all around the floor EVEN THE BATHROOM.) Children can catch different forms of illnesses if they walking in socks into the bathroom and than walking the floor into the pits where other children are playing freely. 3rd: provide sanitize spray for parents to use when they reserve rooms for their families to use and have sanitize units near the pit areas just incase anyone feels the need to use it before hopping in. (Cleanliness brings trust and shows that a business cares about its customers health and safety) 4th: offer more arcade gaming for teens and young adults. This is not only a place for children, adults stand around bored in some cases when they don't have to keep an eye on their child & not everyone takes advantage of the cozy parent lounge with massage chairs and Sports TV ( thank you for that btw ) *** Also Parent Lounge is for Parents not Teens & groups of kids who want to exclude themselves from every other child. Set some Rules!!! Now Pros of this location: Staff appeared to be on the level, they were present and aware. They were informative and ready to help and didn't wait for something crazy to happen in order to step in and day something. Keep that going rules always have to be enforced to maintain the safety of all customers. Food was good pricey but good and simple selection can't ask for more. Beverages however, you guys should offer water if your gonna offer soda that gets watered down ASAP. Perhaps looking into different types of sodas even juices to offer. Stand out & be different from your competitors you have so much flexibility to make this business a staple in the community, stop being cheap and charging customers an arm and a leg to hop in plastice ball pits and jump on stretched out rubber. ***FYI think more about silicone based materials and stray away from plastic. Think about the health of customers I'm telling ya it will give customers confidence in doing business here.

The party host was not energetic or friendly, she set there mute as if she didn’t want to be there. I did plenty of parties at other places where the party host would interact with the kids or at least the birthday person she did none of that. When I came in the room the party host didn’t greet me I didn’t even notice her because she was standing there so mute. She did help from time to time with decorations but my overall experience was terrible. Also the room was dirty I spoke to the manager to let him know of the dirty room and felt as if he took the situation lightly. It was a silence when I stated that the floor and table seat was sticky there was cake and ice cream on the floor. I then said you want to come look at the room he then said no I believe you I’ll send maintenance. When maintenance came he acts as if he never used a mop before left the floor soapy we had to go find him and instruct him on how to clean the floor smh and the ice cream was still under the table I just left it alone being that I was on a time schedule. You would think because I had to get my room clean during my time they would’ve gave me extra 30 mins but no. Then at the end what annoyed me was the host was so inpatient, my party time was from 5 to 7 she was looking at her watch at 630 til 7 with this annoyed look on her face as if she couldn’t wait for it to be over i understand we on a time schedule. Please pick better party host also I feel this place needs some mature adults it’s too many kids running this place. I recommend Hackensack urban air I mainly go to that one, my son picked this one because we always go to the other one.

I recently visited this trampoline park with my children, and the experience was far from satisfactory. We opted for the ultimate package for 2 of our children and the under 5 package for our youngest, hoping for a fun-filled day, but it turned out to be quite the opposite.

First and foremost, safety should be a top priority in any trampoline park, but it was painfully evident that they were severely understaffed. There were hardly any employees monitoring the various attractions, and as a result, my children ended up getting hurt. It's unacceptable that the lack of supervision put my kids at risk of injury.

The lack of supervision extended to the designated areas for younger kids. Despite clear signs stating that certain sections were for children aged 7 and under or those under 52 inches, there were teenagers running rampant with no employees in sight to enforce the rules. It was chaos, and the potential for accidents was frightening.

To add insult to injury, a significant number of attractions were closed, despite us paying for the ultimate package. This left us feeling cheated and disappointed, as we were unable to enjoy the full range of activities promised. Even the attractions that were open, like the rock wall, were poorly managed. A staff member closed the gate on my children as they waited. When we went back with them we were ignored and when we asked how long. the wait would be we were told they would be closing the attraction in 3 minutes despite them not closing for another 30 minutes.

It's disheartening to see such negligence in maintaining the facilities and ensuring that customers receive what they've paid for.

The overall cleanliness of the facility was also appalling. There was melted ice cream in the jungle gym area, which not only made the place unsanitary but also posed a slipping hazard for the children. It was clear that the management was neglecting basic maintenance and cleanliness.

To top it all off, the food was a disaster. It was not only terrible in taste but also served cold. It was an expensive and disappointing experience overall, and I would strongly advise against anyone wasting their time and money on this poorly managed trampoline park as the experience was far from the enjoyable day we...

Where do I even start? When you first enter the building you’re greeted by teenagers or young adults who act like children themselves. There seemed to be no manager to oversee activities as staff were either on their cell phones, socializing loudly, riding a bike indoors, and wearing their staff tee shirts half on/half off, to name a few. The place was DIRTY. Some of the balls in the ball put had brown/gray markings, the lights along the ball pit were broken exposing electrical wiring and sharp edges. The carpeted area around the ball pit was wet and seemed to only get bigger throughout the night. Luckily it wasn’t a slippery floor because of the carpet but it still made our socks damp for the rest of the evening. A few of the arcade games were physically broken also exposing electrical wiring, which my 3 year old found amusing. The trampolines themselves were decent enough. The pizza gave my husband and me food poisoning. Thank goodness my 3 year old was too excited to eat or else would have had food poisoning with us. The fountain drinks were not carbonated so our drinks tasted like straight up syrup. Someone in regular clothes from the kitchen area walked out of the kitchen so I asked to have tap water instead of the sodas and he said he’s off shift and left. Luckily the nice young lady behind him helped me out. The jungle gym had what I assume to be syrup on the floor mats as they were red and sticky. We left this place as fast as we could, got in the car and sanitized our hands. I still managed to catch something from here but can’t prove since I signed a waiver. This place either needs a complete overhaul or it needs to be shut down. The proper authorities need to come and take a closer look at this place. Bottom line is, while this place seems IG-worthy. IT. IS. NOT. Spend your...
