BEWARE! MY WORLD CHILD CARE CENTER is an EXCELLENT preschool center/daycare experience! I currently have my infant daughter in the infant room. I LOVE my child's caregiver! To be described in one word I must say AWESOME! Seriously! She provides direct one on one personal MOTHERLY care. My daughter was born prematurely so you can imagine the worry genes in my body as it was time to return to work. Having her at my World, I can go about my days saying she is with her second mother! That is truly my experience. As far as the directors, Manisha and Jigisha, they are wonderful women. Coming to this center for almost a year, we have almost developed a family style relationship. They will stop and chat with you asking sincerely about your day, your child's progress and of you need ANYTHiNG! I've never had such a personalized child are experience. They are in their first year of operating a childcare business and will tell you that upfront that they are still learning. Reading all the negative reviews breaks my heart because they are truly genuine, sincere and caring women. They work extremely hard at meeting your needs. I notice that Manisha is not just behind the scenes, as most directors, but you will see her actively working in ALL the classrooms throughout the day! I also enjoy the fact that if my daughter is sick, she'll keep communication with me throughout the day personally. When you find the perfect childcare center that is 100%perfect and flawless please tell me! The center is open very early and stays open late, not to mention there is always a staff member who stays around a few minutes after closing. Running late a few nights, I have peace of mind when I call and they say "no problem," while asking me first of am I okay! Woah! The staff always look busy and engaged! I enjoy, as I'm leaving out, peeking into the office an seeing the teachers always gathering materials for the children. I can't wait for my infant to be moved into the toddler room and begin expanding her learning! ..plus They have awesome holiday parties that I always see where the parents are welcomed each month.one more plus... They NEVER CLOSE! I believe it must be a state of emergent if they close! That is such a benefit being a single working mother. This winter has been tough, and with all the storms, they closed once! They are great with the children. However, the owner cares about nothing more than milking as much money as she possibly can out of you. The last month of service was paid for in advance, my child did not go one day and she kept the entire month for no services rendered. You will be given paperwork with rates as your child progresses thru the different programs when you sign up. As your child proceeds thru, you will get new paperwork and the rate never goes down, it only goes up. You get children are more and older children less should be the case. But it’s not. I was a customer for over 5 years, paid early every month. Like another reviewer posted, she stole my money. With everything going on during this pandemic, she thinks it’s ok to keep money for services not rendered. Owner is not responsive at all to phone calls, emails, or texts. The owner is barely ever present at the facility. She will respond to this I’m sure and say “you signed the tuition paperwork, and it says blah blah blah” well, being a customer for 5 years and paying early every month, means nothing to her. I can go on and on about the issues I have with this place and the Horrible customer service. But I will stop here. If you sign up and think the rates are what she gives you on paper, don’t believe it for one second. Soon as the rate is supposed to go down, you will get an updated sheet with new rates that are higher. Being a good paying customer means nothing in her eyes. Disappointed is an understatement at this point, terrible owner that’s lacks customer service. Keep that it mind. She’s good at selling dreams.

My response back: Accommodating me would have been doing the right thing. That could of been giving us a full refund which is the professional thing to do during a pandemic. The courteous thing to do would have been to atleast give back half the money. You chose to go the greedy route. The shows what type of character you have.
