Filthy as they come!! Avoid this place at all costs. Stepped into restaurant with a lobby packed full of people waiting for a table, and yet half the tables were empty. The hostess looked like she just rolled out of bed, slapped on some big ole fake eyelashes and said the hell with it and walked into work, she seemed lost and completely checked out. We got a table at 1:25pm and the food didn’t arrive till 2:30 pm. Meanwhile, patrons who arrived and were seated after us not only got their food before us, but also checked out and paid for their meals all while we sat and waited. Our server was basically Tyrone Biggums twin brother who immediately greeted us as we first sat down with an ice cold Coca Cola glass with his body hair topping off the edge of the glass as a disgusting little garnish. At our seating area everything was absolutely filthy. Dust and grime and food smears all over the place. The server himself recommended we not use the silverware as it wasn’t cleaned very well. When we asked for the manager named Jaleel, we were told he had to get behind the grill to complete the orders, mind you the restaurant was filled to less than half capacity. Every time we asked Tyrone for the manager he just kept bringing us coffee creamer, but we only had one cup of coffee that entire hour!?! This was a Denny's over the years we visited often which my daughter worked for a few months because I enjoyed the service and customer satisfaction received by all. I was sincerely disappointed by the method of approach with the customer service representative. She was nasty trying to be assertive with her service. As a black person I was so disappointed by the way I was treated it seems like she was mad at the world and because I was a mixed black I was accountable for her pains because I was viewed by her as an orio cookie black on the outside but white inside. When as a person I view all as God's creations as he said we are all wonderful and uniquely made in his owed image and likeness which can only be true because we are the only one that has that finger print we do. Within seconds are my food was ready however, my experience for many years is why I am commenting because I did not felt comfortable to eat or share the food prepared.
