I just bought a bagel and cream cheese from your store and it was stale. I've never seen a cream cheese with water and a weird smell like this. I had to throw it away. Is that how you treat your customers with stale food?? I saw in your google reviews as well that this is what you do.

Obviously if you choose not to pay tip, since the Hindu lady would staring you while paying, you will get a cup of ice with minimum amount of coffee. Didn't know tip is required with counter service stores here, good job Dukin!

Never visit the convenience shop in this station. The one opposite to this Dunkin Donuts. Terrible shop!! Do not buy anything there. I asked for an iPhone charging wire while catching my train. The shop owner sold me an Android one and refused to replace it. She asked me for another 20 bucks in cash to help me replace it. That will be almost twice the price! The shop owner is definitely very dishonest with the item she sell and compromise the trust among people! I don’t want to be a racist but she...
