I came in this morning and asked the associates standing at the door to assist me with finding vegetable wash. The one associate had no idea what I was talking about, and the other young woman did know and was pleasant and took me to where the vegetable wash was located. The other associate was so judgmental because I was purchasing vegetable wash and she lended her unwarranted opinion saying oh I never heard of that I just wash mines with regular water, because I would think that something in a bottle has more chemicals than what is in the water. Then she proceeded to make a face and a body language that was giving judgment because of something that I chose to purchase for myself. I then proceeded to say well I will take my chances with what is in the bottle because I already know what is in the water. I thought the whole interaction was uncalled for and I did not come there for that. If I was white the experience wouldāve been entirely different Iām sure. Even if that was her opinion of my purchase, she couldāve kept that to herself. Just rude and not someone who needs to be working at the front of the store greeting customers. They need to put her all the way in the back in the stock area and another thing it is not my fault that you donāt know anything about vegetable wash because you canāt afford anything that is in the store in which you work. I am so tired of low vibrational people concerning themselves with things that are beyond their scope of their low value experiences! The time was 11:30 am on Monday, July 28th the young woman was an...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have visited the Sprouts in Marlton and Haddonfield multiple times. This Sprouts stands out to me due to its excellent customer service. I was approached by an employee when shopping, and asked if I needed assistance finding anything. When I went to check out, the employees were standing ready by the registers. My cashier was Aaron, and I remember him asking if I found everything I needed. Moreover, the items I bought were fresh and of good quality. I bought an assortment of fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, protein, and dairy items. I really enjoy Sproutsā shrimp. I like Sprouts because the products sold have real and recognizable ingredients. I tried multiple new products this time, one being called Love & Cookies. It is frozen cookie dough with ingredients that would be found in a homemade recipe. I also tried Sprouts Greek Style Salad, and the red pepper hummus, all of which were enjoyable. I only had an issue with the quality of the chicken wings I bought (not typical), however the issue was resolved by manager Chelsea. She provided a refund and the opportunity for me to pick out another pack of chicken. I greatly appreciated this gesture. Many people complain about the price of items, but I find it to be reasonable because you are also paying for the environment and service. Grocery shopping tends to be overwhelming, and I do not feel this way when visiting Sprouts. My experience is what makes Sprouts...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreItās a beautiful store. All the employees Iāve encountered have been nice. I feel like people complaining about the prices donāt understand the concept of Sprouts; organic, high quality products with healthy / healthier ingredients. However I can understand if youāre not a person who purposely tries to eat organic this place would be pricey for them. If im being honest, I was disappointed in a few things. One is the sushi. Iāve gotten it three times & each time the rice was overly sticky, causing the rolls to stick together & break apart when you try to separate them. Also cannot eat w/ chopsticks, as the rolls fall apart. Also the Organic Girl romaine has been sold out. That was one of the biggest reasons I was excited to have Sprouts down here. I was tired of having to drive up to Whole Foods in Cherry Hill. Now Iām disappointed cause I canāt get it here either because they havenāt had after the initial first week. Another was it was difficult to get deli service. No one there. Not a fan of precut. So I just walked away. My biggest pet peeve at any market is bad deli service. Hopefully these are just kinks as part of a newly launched store that will...
