Buyer beware. Ordered delivery last night, albeit maybe after the store closed, but we never got confirmation so we're not entirely sure what time the order was initially placed. So, we didn't think the order was accepted. At 1:23am, we received an email confirming one order for around $16 and it was delivered at 11:30 that day (the day after the order was placed). Well the $16 order was paid for on the MasterCard by us because we thought we'd get it last night, which is fine. But the delivery driver also had a $40 order he said was placed to our address & said it should have been paid in cash on delivery. We didn't have cash, the driver left the food with us, did not provide us with a receipt and went back to the store. We have no record of this order in our app, which is the only way we order from Domino's. The store was closed, so we wouldn't have been able to call and you can't place cash orders through the app for delivery. After a while the store called us, demanding payment. My boyfriend explained we didn't place the order & we have no record of it, but the manager had him pay anyway. Looking back through old orders from 2020 the additional order we received was eerily similar from one we placed in November. + It contained foods we never order. Whatever happened with this delivery was not our fault but we were held responsible for payment for food we never ordered. They were not empathic & even sent the delivery driver back to our house to bang on the door as my boyfriend was on the phone with the store manager. Read moreI am appalled at how UNPROFESSIONAL a young man is that worked at Dominos tonight answering phones. Wednesday June 8th approximately 11:45pm I called to place my order since the website for this location was given me an issue. The website states as long as I place my order by 12am my order will be delivered. This is for Woodbury,NJ location. I called and immediately was greeted with “Dominos were closed” I responded, “oh, I thought you close at 12” the man said “we stop taking orders at 11:30” i proceeded to explain what the website says and he hung up on me. I then got out my phone to record the rest of the conversation as I was using my husbands phone to speak and called back. The young man was extremely disrespectful and said “yes i hung up because you are trying to tell me what the website says and i am telling you we are closed, i want to clean, and go home and its raining” i said “I understand but would like to just have a conversation with you because i am unsure why your website says that”. He hung up again. I called back again and he was silent on the phone for several seconds. The last time i called back i was greeted with “dominos, you should get a better hobby, have a great night” . I think that whoever this young man is, is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to be working in the customer service industry. Read moreWe stopped going to the cheap competitor because we wanted better quality, better tasting pizza. The last three times before tonight that we'd had Dominos, it had been great. We loved it. Tonight, I am not sure if I want to order from them again. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, a pepperoni and bacon pizza, and one with sausage. We also ordered garlic bites and stuffed cheese bread. The breads were fine, the pizzas were awful. None of the three had much sauce on them, if ANY. Each slice of sausage pizza had maybe three tiny pieces of sausage on it. It seems like the cheese and bacon were nearly forgotten on the pep and bacon pizza, along with the sauce. Seriously, one of the slices only has sauce in one corner. I'm not even sure if it's sauce. It might be a piece of pepperoni. Upon opening the box it looked bad, so I am not sure how their "checks for quality" passed and let it out the door. When I called the store, the manager clearly wasn't listening either. I made it clear I didn't want anything for free, I just wanted them to be aware of the situation and to fix it so it doesn't happen again, but all she said is, "I can send you a new pizza if that's what you want."
