Mexican Tikal Restaurant — Restaurant in Woodbury Heights

OK where do i start. Today is Tuesday, we just left. Wanted Mexican today. Sent the vibe to the family and i said lets go to the spot up the street. WHY, you eat were you see the locals go. Now the only bad side and it was only because little kids are used to Fast food so it took some time.... BUT WAS IT WORTH it my daughter asked. DAMN RIGHT Babygirl.. I had the Fajita combo or chicken, steak and shrimp on that HOT sizzling plate with all the sides of FRESH Seasoned rice and the BLACK BEANS.. OMG perfect. I cant lie, we eat out when we can but This was the second Time i had food i was craving for and it was 100% on Point. Wife got enchiladas, Banging.. Daughter got the 3 Beef tacos and my son got chicken fingers. LOL The waitress was so polite and cute my son got a new crush. He asked to go back.. Because of the food.. Yes we will be back. OH and make sure your not trying to HANG that night. NOPE yall going to bed with the ITIS.. Yup that thanksgiving full of good food im ready for bed.. YUP. Didn't even get to try the food. An hour and fifteen minutes went by so I called and they said they are understaffed and it was on the way. That's totally fine, given the circumstances with everyone being understaffed...I get it. But, a half hour went by and still nothing. I called again and they said there was a mistake and the driver actually didn't have the order and he is on his way back after dropping off all the other orders. That's what annoyed me. If you realized my order wasn't actually with the driver, I should have been notified. There was no manager to take my call to refund my money to my card so now I need to wait for someone to call me back. I get things are crazy right now but there needs to at least be a manager on site to help smooth over...

Customer service is Trash!! I came here on my lunch break, they gave me the wrong order. I ate some of the burrito otherwise I would have starved all day. I went back to tell them about the mistake. I was told I had to bring an untouched burrito. I offered to pay the difference in price for the correct order, they still argued with me. So I was expected to starve all day, and bring them the wrong burrito, to get the one I asked for anyway. They did not take any responsibility for getting my order wrong. Terrible customer service!!! They need to offer a free delivery service if they expect you to not eat the wrong order they give you. Why should I keep driving around town for your...
