Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Woodhaven

Honestly it’s unbelievable how no one can seem to read anymore. Like, are they hiring kindergartners??? Last time we sat down hoping for better service to which we only saw our waiter when our food and bill came, but you could see all the waitresses/waiters sitting at a high-top bs-ing and goofing around. Ordered curbside to which I saw them see me pull up and yet no one could bother opening the door to hand me my order(even stated I was there through their app, which they obviously don’t look at) and an older gentleman pulled up behind me and was not waiting walked right in their side door cause clearly no one there is bothered to give us our food. The sloppiest burger I’ve ever experienced more like a pile of mess, just mess. Requested med-rare steak and got well done, I’m not sorry but I don’t want to chew on a steak that’s as tuff as a tire. No onion but got extra onion (I always double check before checkout) and honestly it’s all of Woodhaven getting like this. I think y’all should quit job hopping around all of Woodhaven cause you suck at every location. Maybe learn the job you got cause you all suck. For real, like I give you guys way more chances then my man and you keep proving me wrong. You guys suck. All of you. Like how can you guys expect tips when I can’t get a refill on my drink when I sit down to eat or when I pull up to get my food and I’m sitting waiting for my food for 10-15 mins buts already to go? I haven't been to an Applebees in 10 years. Sadly nothing has changed. The food is not very good. The service is bad. I was at the Woodhaven location last night. The menu is limited and the prices were very high. This is basically nothing more than bar food, and bad bar food at best. They offer nothing in terms of selection and no changes can really be made. The staff acts like they are too busy to speak with you, thats because they are checking their phones. Very young with little people skills. Our waitress which wasxan adult was constantly looking around while taking our order. It took 40 minutes for the food to arrive cold and the waitress was not the person to bring it. Now i don't know about another person thats going to eat there but, $13.00 dollars for a rib snack of 5 bones (cold almost no sauce) fries ( cold ) and a small (2oz) cup of coleslaw that was not very fresh is not my idea of good food or sevice. Next time I'll wait 15 years before i go back and hopefully this company will be out of business. Do yourself a favor, go find a good mom & pop restaurant. Because this is...

Haven’t had Applebee’s in years and I was starving so we decided to stop knowing I was hungry maybe the food would be atleast decent..NOT, we ordered an appetizer with the different options the quesadillas were warm the the dip that came with the chips were also decent. However, the wings were not even room temperature as well as the mozzarella sticks which we let them know, they brought more wings and mozzarella sticks the wings were still cold, colder than before. The mozzarella sticks were somewhat decent more warmer I guess. We ordered our meals and when we got them, the food was also cold. Our chicken was barely room. Temperature would not recommend however, our server was amazing. For as much as they want to charge, they can make sure the food’s warm you would think however that wasn’t the case I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here you can go somewhere much nicer and spend less. if I could give the food rating zero...
