Just left this location with my family. We waited almost an hour for our food, which was crazy because the restaurant was almost empty. When I got my food there was a RAW piece of chicken and I was missing things from it, and someone else’s food was cold. The manager comes out after a while asks if we want it remade or taken off. We had already waited forever so we said taken off. But however at this point we’re like, SOMETHING needs to be comped for the inconvenience. Like of course you’re going to take off the other meals but what else are you doing for the inconvenience? She gets to saying how it’s not fair to the waitress, to she was told the waitress would be taken care of because it’s not her fault. She’s sill saying she can’t comp everything and she has a business to run. Proceeds to start being belittling saying how we must not know how this works and just being rude and disrespectful. She’s going back and forth with my sister. Then proceeds to tell my sister not to yell at her…she wasn’t yelling. But then once her energy started being matched she threatened to call the police in which we responded “call them” we will wait. Not once did we say we weren’t going to pay. We just wanted it to be fair. I have been to more expensive restaurants where a multi hundred dollar bill was comped because of kitchen error. So her not wanting to comp at least half was crazy…then she starts crying. And called my sister out of her name. Meanwhile, we are being treated like we are the problem. The officers came out and were thankfully very nice. But that staff…with the exception of our waitress, don’t remember her name but she was great, all joined in with the manager. Wrong is wrong. And if you’re a manager and claim to know what you’re doing, for one you wouldn’t be arguing with a customer. Especially one who wasn’t being rude to you. If I could give negative...

Read moreI hope my experience with the Olga's chain helps its consumer base. I recently purchased a meal totalling over $40 and there were missing items. I attempted to contact the restaurant and there was no answer. I decided to call the next day to inform management of my issue and I was given the menu item for my next visit and nothing else. I am upset because of Olga's lack of consideration for potential distance traveled and other variables it takes to actively order out. There was no urgency to retain customer satisfaction, but instead the bear minimum of customer satisfaction was sought.
I explained to her (the manager) that I rarely eat at Olga's and it is unfortunate they continue to disappoint. I reviewed an Olga's in Oakland County and I have concluded the establishment as an entirety has run its course. Their lack of effort and concern for customer satisfaction has driven me to no longer want to purchase from them. They used to be great, but the decline in accountability is becoming...
