Be sure you know how much gold is worth before you trade in at this store. I knew these owners since they first opened the store years ago. I recently brought in a bunch of gold to trade in and picked out a few items hoping to do an even swap. At first Nancy said the difference would be $600 more that I would have to pay out of pocket. When I told her my goal was to make an even trade, I don't know what the value of gold was and I was trusting in them. She then gave me the even trade. So in reality was trying to get $600 more from me....RIP OFF!!!! Looking back, I should have walked out at that point. I returned shortly afterwards as I was not happy with one of the chains I bought. I ordered the chain a bit longer than it was and all they did was add 3 big loops to make it longer. When I asked Nancy to switch it out for me she wanted an additional $150 for a chain very similar at 1/2" longer. I told her I already gave her a ton of gold and felt I didn't get the true value of what I gave her after doing some research but she would not oblige. Also bought a small ring with gold overlay in which the gold rubbed off in less than a week. My advice, take your gold and your business elsewhere, they are not honest people with...
Read moreI don't write too many reviews but I knew I had to after being super happy with the product and service. I recently bought an engagement ring at this store and everything from start to finish was a breeze. It's a huge purchase and I was nervous to not receive the value I was hoping for. Well I did, and in spades! Nancy and George are master jewelers that guided me through the process without overwhelming me. I got a great price and the ring looks magnificent. I feel like I'm part of a little family. They're sweet, shrewd and practical. I felt taken care of, more so than when I visited the much larger more corporate jewelry store . Now I have a place I can trust for other diamond and gold purchases. That is, when I can afford it :)
My fiancee totally loves her ring and that's all I can ask for. Keep up...

So we lost quite a bit of money on the deal no thanks to this establishments...
