Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Woodland Park

This place got to retrain their staffs with everything, I don’t mind waiting but how you tell the customer your order is ready but when you get there they have you wait for 20 minutes? Also this place needs to start wearing gloves if you ever see the way they make the pasta you wouldn’t eat seeing where it’s coming from. Thirdly, since I have to pay for extra sauce I don’t mind but I’ve had got delivery’s where I’d pay for a couple and wouldn’t receive it so they’d pretty much be taking my money for free, which is sad. I once did a pick up and did the samething because I know they weren’t gonna give me anything the way I wanted it to be and I looked and there was nothing even tho I paid for it, until I went back and the nice lady gave it too me. They need to hire a staff to be at the register and on phone calls because that’s the only thing you’ll be hearing in that store, ring ring! Lastly, the wings is something I will never ever buy again. If dominos is gonna be selling a wing per 1$ something you might as well stop being cheap with it and have better quality wings, the wings I’ll get would be black some white but mainly black I don’t even think it’s chicken lol and I don’t think anyone likes their wings to be soggy and filled with fat. The only good thing I do like would be the pizza and that’s sometimes depends on...

Awful they never get you the food on time and they mess up the order 1/3 of the time.

This review has nothing to do with nights of major sporting events because I know that's difficult for any food delivery service.

I am talking an hour and a half on a week night at 7pm when their estimate says 35 minutes.

I really wish the papa johns was still around in totowa.

As a chubby guy I love pizza and i love dominos and I'll regularly grab it from other locations for take out but this places delivery is awful. Sunday during football season I expect 2 hour deliveries. But week nights where the delivery time is double what their estimate is awful.

Sadly we are retired to takeout only which is a real shame (other than the health benifits), because dominos was a major key to success when I was in college.

Lastly always tip your drivers, it's not individual workers faults due to poor service it's typically a bigger problem at the manager / franchise level due to poor processes...

The girl at the register was very rude ( she had red hair with braids). I want my pizza half nd half with different options and she told me she CANT do that. When I ordered online I do that all the time. I was not going to argue with that specially when she was also back and fourth doing orders.. Then when they starter preparing my other and some others. They were not using gloves and all then were using the register, grabbing cash and touching some else cards. Specially now with COVID they should have just one person at the register without going in the back and prepare food without washing their hands ( WHICH SHE NEVER DID ). On top of that the guy in the back who were also preparing the pizzas was smoking a hooka pipe while he was cooking . None of then were using gloves of mask when they were preparing customers orders.
