Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woodland Park

I went to this dunkin establishment this morning and I order a hot coffee and a frozen coffee as well. I nicely asked the lady if she could please remake my frozen one because it was to sweet she got upset and remade it even worse I asked if I could get my money back cause the coffee was bad and she refused to do so because she said that I'm wasting their money in the mean time she's asking me to make a complaint on another employee that forgot to give me my donuts the last time I was there I told her there's no reason for her to get upset with me for asking her for my money back then she got very rude and would listen to what I had to say I would never go back to this establishment and I would make sure my friends and family don't go back there this incident happen today 8/8/2023 and I will make sure I'll contact corporate as well the lady name is saheeda very rude and disrespectful it's sad that some of these employers don't want to do...

Zaheda was terrible with her customer service. I had a large order and she would try to keep walking away to start making my coffee orders before I could finish giving her my entire order. When I made a remark about it she got uptight and started making me feel uncomfortable while waiting for her to finish my order. I had my hand out for my receipt and she threw it on the counter. Normally, I wouldn't leave a bad review but this really made me angry. I still kept my cool and thanked her! I visited on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 @ 2:00pm. NOTE: She was very customer oriented with the customer before me and there was no one behind me so I dont understand what the rush was for. I was purchasing for 4 people. Was supposed to get 4 drinks and 4 different sandwiches/bagels but ended up just getting 2 bagels and the 4 drinks because she totally turned me off because of her rushing and bad attitude. There's a table and chair by the outdoor bathroom with two women extorting money from you to use the Dunkin bathroom.

I bought a coffee inside because I wanted to use the bathroom then get outside where I'm promptly harassed to give these women $5 to use their cleaning services. I'm a white guy and one of these women said to me about the black woman using the bathroom before me "that's why I f-ing hate black women". Not a good look for the business even if it means they don't have to clean their own bathrooms.

The Boston kreme donut was stale and had the chocolate scraped off but it was national donut day so it was free.

Oh and there was a guy playing spoons on his knee on the way out the Dunkin...
