Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woodland Park

😞 I'm not one to leave negative reviews often however, this Dunkin was so unpleasant that it requires a closer note. 1st, I had to explain my order several times, I felt hurried and the mechanical responses made it difficult to understand. I've never been to a Dunkin that the replies were giving so quickly and trained for speed rather than service oriented. 2nd, I can understand a business for the high-volume needing to expedite order taking but this was just ridiculous. 3rd, I ordered the iced latte which they made into a pumpkin even though I wanted vanilla. The pumpkin flavor tasted artificial and chemically not at all good. The wrap looked like a small soft taco, and he looked slapped together. They forgot the baking egg cheese in the croissant. And when they handed the food over it was practically thrown at the pickup area just 30 seconds later. I ordered 3 drinks for my friends, then I asked the cashier to scan my T-Mobile $2 discount. Instead of happily applying the discount and keeping the line moving, he went back and forth with me about how he can not give the drinks for free. I kindly said I understand that and had to explain to him multiple times that I will in fact still be paying for the drinks and that it is only a $2 off coupon. This caused the people behind me wait unnecessarily longer before they can order. Overall, the experience could have been much better.. Also, he was the only person working at the time, which I found unusual for a Dunkin.

My question is: Why does it seem that none of the Dunkin stores are willing to apply Any sort of discount without an explanation or argument?

3* for cleanliness of the store that day and kudos for being the guy being the only one working...

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The donuts aren't fresh, they were made a week ago, and the customer service is terrible. They wanted to force me to pay with cash. When I remembered I needed cash for something else, I gave them my card. The woman started yelling at me in a dialect I didn't understand, so I told her if she didn't accept a debit card, I wouldn't make the purchase. The other man working there told me if I didn't buy with cash, they wouldn't give me back the money I'd already given them. I'm so disappointed in that place.
