Really Arby's? I come to this restaurant because is the closest location to my house. We come often because my Autistic kid loves their chicken fingers from this specific chain but is getting worst and worst. This is my 3rd time in this month that they keep giving chicken nuggets in my chicken fingers orders. Today I asked for an order of 3 fingers they give me 1 and 2 nuggets. 2 pieces were very small the size of a nugget. Com' on. My son got very upset when we got home he opened the bag and saw the size of this 2 pieces. If I wanted o buy nuggets I should've ordered nuggets not chicken fingers. Too bad I didn't checked the bag at the window other wise I would've tell them what was that!!

I loved that it's open to 12 am on Saturday. Was hungry after coming from the mall. There's not many Arby's in Chicago. So this was a treat. We didn't eat in, so there's not much I can say. My order was correct the first time and food was good. It was chilling outside, and their Bathrooms may need installation. As I felt the cold in the women's bathroom. Bathroom and dining area were clean. There's a bell next to the door to ring on your way out if your service is good. You will be thanked for ringing it. Don't be afraid to do so.

I had a craving for Arby’s curly fries so I decided to stop here for lunch. I ordered the smokehouse brisket meal, buffalo chicken slider, and jalapeño roast beef slider. Curly fries were still good. Buffalo chicken slider was okay. It was cooked all the way but it wasn’t juicy. The jalapeño roast beef slider was very decent. The smokehouse brisket was meh. The crispy onion strings were not crispy, they were kind of soggy. The brisket was not tender enough. Service was very friendly. The tables looked clean.

I don't eat beef, chicken, turkey, lamb etc. I only eat seafood. The commercials about the fish sandwich looked so good I decided to try it. Why doesn't the meal ever resemble the commercials? In this case it did... a little bit. The fish, I believe is a cod fillet, and does hang over the bun, like in the commercial and it didn't have a bad taste. They had a 2 for $6 special, so I tried the crispy and the spicy fish sandwich. I ate the spicy fish sandwich first and the spice seemed to be in the sauce as opposed to the actual cod fillet. The spicy sauce had a little fire to it, which was good. The fish sandwich definitely tastes better than the infamous fish fillet from the other fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, there are no Arby's near me and I won't travel to purchase one. I ate the crispy fish sandwich the next day and it also wasn't too bad, especially after heating it up. The bun didn't dry out, which was a plus. The fish still had a little moistness to it. Overall not bad. It's unfortunate that people who don't eat beef also don't have too many fish selections to choose from unless it's during the...

It defeats the purpose of having a designated 'Pickup/Online' area if the employee is just going to ask for the last name and "has to" see the driver's phone anyway 😂😂😂

If Arby's can't trust the delivery service drivers it intentionally subscribed to, then eradicate the pickup area. Hold the orders behind the counter like all the other restaurants do with their anti-trust methods. You can't have zero risk in business; you can only minimize it. Moreover, that doesn't mean potentially discriminating against drivers, y'all wanted to deliver the customer's food in the first place. Make it make sense. If drivers really wanted to steal the food, they wouldn't complete the delivery, even if the order was verified🙃

Again, minimizing risk doesn't stop food from being stolen, which the employee seemed so concerned about. It can still occur regardless of what security measures you implement, so why not just focus on building rapport or ultimately removing the pickup area entirely 😁✨️

If it's that deep, contact First Call Resolutions to have that specific driver banned from future attempts to commit...

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ate a ultimate BLT sandwich got sick for over a day I called the speak to a manager he was so rude over the phone saying “Oh why didn’t you call the same day to notify us?” I told him I started feeling sick later in the night and that your location was closed by then, then he said “Oh how you know it was our food?” I can tell he was so bothered by the call just by the tone of his voice, he said another manager will reach out to me no one never did, Why would I call to make this up? I haven’t eaten anything for a couple of hours before I ate their ultimate BLT I believe I ate a bad batch of bacon, The manager displayed awful customer service barley apologized plus it’s always long wait going through the drive thru feels like they only have one employee doing everything, I will never eat at this location ever again and I will spread the word to others not to eat here as well, I will contact corporate...
