I don't eat beef, chicken, turkey, lamb etc. I only eat seafood. The commercials about the fish sandwich looked so good I decided to try it. Why doesn't the meal ever resemble the commercials? In this case it did... a little bit. The fish, I believe is a cod fillet, and does hang over the bun, like in the commercial and it didn't have a bad taste. They had a 2 for $6 special, so I tried the crispy and the spicy fish sandwich. I ate the spicy fish sandwich first and the spice seemed to be in the sauce as opposed to the actual cod fillet. The spicy sauce had a little fire to it, which was good. The fish sandwich definitely tastes better than the infamous fish fillet from the other fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, there are no Arby's near me and I won't travel to purchase one. I ate the crispy fish sandwich the next day and it also wasn't too bad, especially after heating it up. The bun didn't dry out, which was a plus. The fish still had a little moistness to it. Overall not bad. It's unfortunate that people who don't eat beef also don't have too many fish selections to choose from unless it's during the...
Read moreIt defeats the purpose of having a designated 'Pickup/Online' area if the employee is just going to ask for the last name and "has to" see the driver's phone anyway 😂😂😂
If Arby's can't trust the delivery service drivers it intentionally subscribed to, then eradicate the pickup area. Hold the orders behind the counter like all the other restaurants do with their anti-trust methods. You can't have zero risk in business; you can only minimize it. Moreover, that doesn't mean potentially discriminating against drivers, y'all wanted to deliver the customer's food in the first place. Make it make sense. If drivers really wanted to steal the food, they wouldn't complete the delivery, even if the order was verified🙃
Again, minimizing risk doesn't stop food from being stolen, which the employee seemed so concerned about. It can still occur regardless of what security measures you implement, so why not just focus on building rapport or ultimately removing the pickup area entirely 😁✨️
If it's that deep, contact First Call Resolutions to have that specific driver banned from future attempts to commit...
