I’d love to give this place 5 stars because they really deserve it. However 1 not so great experience can ruin it. We came in for the first time last night and the bartender with short black hair was AMAZING. We loved this place so much we came back again today with a somewhat different experience. The bartender with long brown hair not as friendly. We waited for a little while which is fine because she was busy. However she saw us looked right at us and instead of just saying I’ll be with you in a moment or something she said nothing. When she finally did come over her attitude wasn’t very friendly instead came off like she didn’t want to wait on us. When our order came out both of our orders were not right. I honestly wouldn’t have cared if her attitude had been a bit better. We will come back because the food and the other bartender are both amazing! Kindness is key in your business especially being a neighborhood restaurant. Don’t take for granted your customers because you’re a local pub! Every customer should feel just as welcomed as the regulars honestly that’s how we become regulars! Just...

i don’t really write reviews but i think that the atrocious behavior at this bar calls for it. my friends & i go to this bar to hang out and some guy comes to our table, offers to buy us drinks. we say yes then after a bit more of a conversation, decide no, we rather him not. we politely decline, he decided to order anyways and ask we give our IDs to have these drinks ordered. we’re not comfortable with that, say no, we’re good. he accuses us of being underage and leaves. whatever. 5 minutes later, bartender comes up and asks to check our IDs. totally fine; that’s their job. decides it’s appropriate to take all our IDs & walk away; takes them to some back area & says nothing. comes back minutes later, claiming they had to check them against some book. i don’t care that you have to check my ID and take time with it, whatever; in this current time in the US, do not take my ID and just walk away with it. state what you are doing or bring the book to the room. absolutely atrocious behavior for a bar that by the way, is a suburban bar charging city...

Very weird service .... A few things wrong about the night I went here. Extremely pricey drinks... The bartender(woman) was more focused on the gentleman at the slot machine, if he was winning or not. Another gentleman came up and asked for a Modelo(5$) then the bartender told him they are out....she literally just stocked the fridge to the front.. I didn't understand but maybe she forgot they had them, but then TOLD him to order a Corona(8$), didn't even offer it to him or asked if he wanted anything different..Then stood in front of the fridge so he wouldn't see the Modelos. This is a spot to just come in for a quick drink while you wait for the better bar to open..... Literally only ordered mozzarella sticks, fries 4 Jameson shots and a beer... 54$. If I can put a half...
