I usually always have a great experience coming here. But I’m more disappointed in this visit. Today is may 1st 2023 at 2:22 pm and I had the privilege to have wonderful customer service help with Erica the csr working here. she tried everything she could to give me a great experience here the only thing that upsets me from this visit is the involvement of Jessica the manager on duty at the time. When Erica was helping me the pin pad froze on me mid transaction. She helped me till she asked for the managers help Jessica to assist her. Jessica comes approach’s me with attitude towards Erica for needing her help. As I was waiting patiently for the system to reboot I did ask for a pen because I was going to add on my transaction with lottery. Lottery was out of line so I wasn’t going to play after the manager rudely directed me to where a pen was at instead of just being kind like Erica and giving me the pen aside of her. I really don’t appreciate the way Jessica was directing Erica it came off as bullying and a lot of attitude. Just down right mean. I went to check out with two slices of pizza and a bottle of coke. Upon checkout, the person who was running the cash register rang the items up for $61.50. I was puzzled and looked at the cashier. She then repeated the price that I thought was surely not right.
I told her that I'm not paying that. She said it was a joke. I let her know I did not appreciate the joke. I asked her to ring it up the rght way. Finally after the correction was made, I paid and the was told not to come back and I was not appreciated at the store.
I've been coming here almost every day for 5 years.
She called the police and they explained that I was officially not allowed on the premises. I apoligized to them for the waste of their time over this exaggerated nonissue. I hope the store owner will hire better, more professional people.

Sean was at the counter and addressed me very rudely. I set down my things to checkout and he stared at me with the dirtiest look for a good 10 seconds and I was really confused. When I asked for the cigarettes he shouted very loudly “SURE” and I asked is there a problem? He didn’t answer me and continued with the dirty looks all throughout the check out process.
