A Healthy and Delicious Option in Woodstock! CAVA in Woodstock has become a reliable spot for a meal that is consistently fresh, flavorful, and on the healthier side. If you're looking for a quick and satisfying meal that's a step up from typical fast food, this is an excellent choice.
First and foremost, the food is the main draw. The build-your-own bowl concept is great for customizing a meal exactly to your liking. The ingredients always appear fresh and vibrant, from the greens and grains to the proteins like their grilled chicken and falafel. My personal go-to is a greens and grains bowl with their Crazy Feta dip, harissa honey chicken, pickled onions, and a drizzle of the lemon herb tahini dressing. It’s the kind of meal that leaves you feeling satisfied without being weighed down.
Beyond the food, the service at this location is also worth mentioning. The staff is efficient and helpful, keeping the line moving steadily even during busy lunch hours. They are patient with customers who are deciding on their orders and can answer questions about the different ingredients. This straightforward and professional service contributes to a smooth and pleasant experience every time.
The restaurant itself is always clean and bright, making it a comfortable place to dine in. Whether I'm grabbing a quick lunch or picking up dinner, I know I can count on the Woodstock CAVA for a quality, flavorful, and healthy meal.

Read moreFirst off the food is excellent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint has been the seating. Their indoor seating is as inviting as a German subway station. For such a large area there is limited indoor seating. Even when there isn’t many people eating there, it’s hard to get a seat. If I remember correctly there are two tables that seat four, a ledge attached to the exterior windows that seats four or five with a lovely view of people eating on the patio, then there are a row of tables on the back wall that are really two seaters just close enough you can get two side by side and talk to each one. There are 4-5 of those. The big issue is the seats are bolted to the floor so you can’t grab a chair and pull it over to a table to fit three. When Zoe’s was there they had several booths up front that were removed for their trash/dish bins and a big rack in the middle of the room for takeout. So over 60% of the space is for trash and takeout. All hugely wasted space. Outside has plenty of seating and it’s very nice on certain days of the year when it’s not hot and muggy. In the evening’s you are assaulted by mosquitoes and in the daytime it’s thousands of flies. I realize they can’t do much to control flies outside but it’s a significant issue.
The location in kennesaw has normal tables like any restaurant of that size and they give you a lot of freedom and actually allow you to move your chair.
Get it to go. You will be...
Read moreCame here for my first time to grab a quick bite to eat before heading home . We arrived around 9:20pm maybe a few minutes later and being they closed at 10pm I expected for them to have a small section of options out for us. They had all of the sides and sauces available, drinks and shakes too. Mikey who along with the other two ladies there on this night were helpful. Mikey gave clear instructions on how everything works and even offered samples of the sauce and hummus for us just to be sure we fully enjoyed what we ordered.During check out there was a bit of confusion and Mikey did great handling it for us. The food was great and very flavorful, the inside of the establishment also made me feel comfortable eating here. Unlike some other establishments (that offer a “build your own” dinning experience ) they had specific spooks for each sauce, they did not have mixed up sides or just things all over the counter. The dinning area was clean and the restroom was very clean as well. Overall this was a great experience and I hope the locations closer to where I live...
