First off I would like to say that your food was amazing and that is what will bring me back (but not to the location that I went to). However...your service at the bar was ATROCIOUS! My friend and I recently went to your restaurant at Towne Lake Parkway in Woodstock GA and decided to sit at the bar instead of wait the 30 minutes for a table (it was Saturday night after all). So we sat down and I began to clean off and move the tips and the old glasses aside and clean the area. After about 5-10 minutes WE finally had to ask for some menus and some drinks. Then the bar waitress came over and apologized because she thought we were waiting for a takeout order. Really? Why would she even think that, because she never even asked or said hello to us. Then again, neither did the guy working the bar with her either. So we ordered our appetizers and told her we hadn’t decided what we wanted for dinner yet and we were going to keep looking at the menu. The appetizers came and we still had no silverware or no small appetizer plates. So we had to ask, AGAIN! Neither bar waiter EVER came over during our meal to ask us if we wanted anything else to eat, WE had to call them over. They also NEVER even asked if our food was good or if everything was ok. The guy at the bar did come over ONE time to ask if we wanted a refill on our drinks. But at NO time during the meal did anyone come over and tell us the drink menu or asked if we needed anything! And I understand it can be busy on a Saturday night….HOWEVER, both bar waiters did have time to have a good 10 minute conversation (RIGHT IN FRONT OF US) about how the guy just came back from NY and LA and how the cities were so different. So you could not turn your head and ask us how our meal was or if we needed anything? REALLY???? And honestly it was not just your bar waiters either. We happened to sit next to a regular who during the 90 minutes that we were there had a few waiters/staff come up to HIM and ask how was his meal, how was everything, yet not ONCE did any of those people turn to us and ask us how we were. My friend and I work in a customer service field and were APPALLED at the non-service that we got. And what stinks (for them) is that I am a VERY generous tipper (cash always as well) and it is Christmas time, so I was planning to give a very generous tip as long as I got good service. Well for the first time that I can remember I only left $1 and I honestly did not even want to leave that. For as great as the food was I was so DISAPPOINTED in the level of customer service. I will never come to this location again, but will eat at Longhorn’s because their food...
Read moreA little over a month ago, my wife and I ate at Longhorn Steakhouse in Woodstock GA. After eating there, my wife got sick with fever and diarrhea. In a day or two, she started to feel a little better, however she kept having stomach pain that wouldn’t go away. She ended up going to the emergency room where they diagnosed her with an appendicitis and that she needed surgery. After having her appendix removed, she felt much better. Fast forward to today (a month later), my stomach is now in pain. I went to the doctors yesterday to figure out why. I had an emergency CT scan done and they told me I have an appendicitis! I never heard of a married couple having an appendicitis within months of each other. So after doing some research, I discovered that one of the causes of appendicitis is Ecoli. Both my wife and I believe we got Ecoli from Longhorn Steakhouse which caused an infection in our appendix. I’m not sure why my wife got sick a month earlier than I, however I strongly feel that it came for either the salad or the brussel sprouts we ate at Longhorn. Of course we can’t prove it, however if you Google “illness from Longhorn”, you’ll see they have a history of Ecoli outbreaks over several different years. Not only has this situation caused us physical pain and suffering; it has also hit us hard financially with large medical bills. The need for better food regulations of fast food and chain restaurants are extremely important and necessary. When situations like mine occur, restaurants need to be held accountable for serving bad food...
Read moreCame in for lunch with a friend around 12:30pm on Friday May 30, 2025. The place was moderately busy but we did not have to wait for seats. Our server greeted us with a smile and we ordered drinks and an appetizer to start. Our server brought us some bread to begin, which was extremely dry and hard to cut, and when I say hard to cut it was just so stale it was easier just to tear apart by hand (bread was some kind of wheat loaf). I did ask for more butter twice and she never brought it.
We had the shrimp appetizer which had some jalapeño, banana and red peppers, shrimp was fried and overall it was very tasty. Shrimp are tiny but lots of good flavor on them.
For our entrees we both had the “Renegade sirloin”, for my side I had the loaded potato and my friend had the sweet potato’s. We both ordered our steaks medium rare.
The steaks were tasty, however both were more rare than medium rare. Since I don’t mind rare steaks I ate some of it, brought the rest home for my dog, he likes his steak rare. Loaded potato was good tasting but far from loaded, more like coated, with bacon, cheese and sour cream. Kind of a let down. My friends sweet potatoes were ok she said.
Parking is good, place looks and smells clean, service is par, food is ok. Very underwhelming experience, probably won’t return and can’t recommend…too many other option with better food and prices. For what we paid here we could have gone to eat at Texas Roadhouse and had more food, better taste, better overall experience at same...
