Taqueria Cuernavaca — Restaurant in Woodstock

Lunch took 35 min to bring out and it was a shrimp cocktail, the shrimp where like tiny dried up overcooked prunes and the cocktail was so sweet, idk who puts sugar into a shrimp cocktail and they served it with crackers instead of chips. No chips and salsa is served, and the whole thing cost 16 bucks! At a divey Mexican spot. Crazy. I mean they are expensive! Takes too long, and the food is terrible. Lucky I had to meet up with others in the parking lot - allowed me to stumble on and try this amazing hidden gem. Wife and I tried various tacos and both orders were amazing. ToGo order was prepped quickly and with everything we needed (condiments, napkins, utensils, etc.). Queso was decent and the salsa was nice and smoky. Bottled beer available for purchase while dining in. Pricing was a little higher than I would have thought, but some dang good grub. Will recommend to others and stop by again...

The best taqueria in Woodstock with such of great service and friendly staff. This is a local business one of a kind when it comes to flavor they cook to order no like the big names restaurant near by. I’ve try almost every Mexican restaurant near Woodstock and in Woodstock and I’m so pleased with every single dish that we have try at taqueria Cuernavaca.
