Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Woodstock

Went through the drive through and ordered the VEGAN mint chocolate chunk because of an allergy and they gave me regular mint chocolate the girl taking our order was practically yelling at us to order while I was looking over the menu when I ask if they had any other PLANT BASED flavors she said no and gave us a non plant based one I came inside with it and was ignored by 4 employees then one girl with a shaved head finally came up and I told her I couldn’t eat that and it’s not what I ordered and just wanted a refund and they walked away and whispering with the headsets to two other girls I had two employees tell me that’s just “choc chunk” not “vegan mint chocolate” then one girl with curly hair literally said “this f*cling night” and the girl with the pink wig that took my order started sassing me saying that they didn’t have a vegan mint chocolate and I literally pointed to it and said please I just want a refund they ignored me and just scooped the nondairy one and tossed it over the counter instead of just refunding it. Genuinely never going here again if you have allergies it’s not safe and the employees do NOT care about...

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience there today. The good is that while we inspected the menu for 3 minutes, we had 4 reps that asked if we had been attended to.

However, my wife's coffee tasted absolutely terrible. Also, there were grains at the bottom of the coffee. The food was okay. And the milkshake was only ~75% filled (see photo). When i picked it up, mildly shocked, glanced at my wife who was also a little surprised, and realized the employee was looking at me, the employee said "Do you want whip cream or something?" with an indignant tone as if i am inconveniencing her. Other employees also seemed in a bad mood today.

I said "No thank you" and left. Its not worth it. That is my summary for this location...

Two double scoop cones were fantastic! However, I can't say the same for the six doughnuts I ordered to go after finishing the ice cream there. I caught the first mistake the lady made in trying to fill my order. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the second until I got home...and wasn't pleased. This worker needs to learn the name of the doughnuts they are selling, so that she can satisfactorily fill orders for future customers. This customer won't...
