I stopped by Jersey Mike's for a quick lunch and was genuinely impressed. The place was clean, the staff was upbeat and welcoming, and my sub was made exactly how I like it. If you’ve ever wondered what happens when a classic club sandwich meets the brilliance of Jersey Mike’s, let me tell you—it’s a love story that ends in a full stomach and no regrets.

I went with the #8, the “Club Sub,” and I wasn’t disappointed. The turkey, ham, bacon, and cheese come together like they’ve been waiting their whole lives for this moment. It’s the kind of sandwich that makes you think, “Why have I been eating basic subs all my life?” Seriously, this thing is stacked. And I’m not talking about some sad, “where’s the meat?” situation. Nope. You get an actual mountain of deliciousness.

The bacon? Crispy, not soggy, like it should be. The turkey and ham? Fresh and not the kind of deli meat that makes you question if it’s been sitting under a heat lamp since 2008. The bread? Wow, big improvement from the last time. This is NOW one of my FAVORITE sub shops. Absolutely, loved it. I order the ham, as last time, and my better half got the Italian Jersey Shore. And she said no complaints at all. The bread was perfect sub bread, sub was prepared perfect. The 2 employès that were very polite and helpful. I now gave it 5 stars. Excellent food. I do recommend. Kudos to manager and owner and employees.

Was last time: MY work ordered subs from the woodstock place. Not sure if it was just today, but the service was awful. No one gave a greeting when coming in. The 2 guys, one sweeping other waiting by sign, not acknowledging we were even there. The one taking order seemed to have an attitude like we are bothering him. There was one large with mayo lettuce tomatoes pickles, and 2 regular subs. They made them all reg. So had to wait on the other 1/2 sub to make it a large. The 2nd one didn't have the items on it. Course didn't know til we arrived back at work. After just placing the ordering, a woman came out, right at the end. She was very polite and answered our questions. We got our subs and returned. Staff deserved 5 stars. Restaurant seemed clean but we ordered and took it out. My grandson (lives elsewhere) loves his bread toasted so I told him I am sure that can happen here as well. Nope. I asked for salt and pepper on my sub and they only do salt. She pointed to to soda machine area where apparently they have packets there. I love lots of black pepper and opening all those little packets can be a pain. I had the Club Supreme minus cheese and the employee forgot Bacon so I had to ask for it. He did seem new though. With the bread not toasted my grandson was not as big a fan here as he is at the sub shop they use in NC. My sub tasted just okay and although only a 1/2 sub I did not finish it since it was far from a favorite sub. This was my first time here but likely won't be back.
