Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Woodstock

Honestly this place deserves 0 stars. There’s been several occasions where I walk in there make eye contact with one of the kids that works here and get ignored because they are slacking off standing around on their phones because they don’t care about their minimum wage job. When I told the manager at the time why didn’t those employees acknowledge me he had told me “only the managers and supervisors are trained to use the register.” Which is a dead giveaway they don’t run background checks on any employees since they have a 0% chance of getting robbed internally. Also the pizza quality is horrible it always comes out looking soggy, half cooked, burnt, or it looks like bread with 90% sauce and 10% cheese. Ever since they switched owners about 6 months to a year ago the quality hasn’t been the same. I recommend that everyone go to Dominos down the street for 2 dollars more you can get 2 medium pizzas that actually taste great and served with way better customer service...

Poor quality food. This location butchers their product all the time. Examples: severely unproportioned cut pizza, undercooked pizza with super flimsy dough, very poor dough-to-sauce/pizza ratio, where you have a lot more crust than anything else, and the bread sticks are very often heavily misshaped and rarely somewhat uniform in length/thickness, on top of not being cooked very much and are very doughy. (is that even safe?).

The team is very bland as well. They will walk up to the desk, ignore that you're there, and then just walk back. Sometimes you won't have someone greet you for 2-3 minutes or longer after entering the store, and they're right behind the wall with the menus too, so its not like they can't see you or hear you.

The staff is not rude, but not very cheerful at all. Clearly the top managers need to get involved and...

This place is horrible. I know it’s a Friday but I literally called 14 times in a row at 7:30 and they just let it ring for over two minutes each time until it kicked me off and I had to call back. I figured maybe it was just b/c of dinner hour but now it is 8:42 and I’ve been calling since 8:20 and they still won’t answer. Yes it is the right number I used to use this pizza regularly and call in my order. I could overlook them always forgetting my marinara but this is insane! How are you supposed to run a business this way when you won’t even accept order? I’m done. There are plenty of places to get pizza in town and I doubt I will ever go to another location even since I had such a bad experience trying to just get a...
