Wise Guys Vapes in Woodstock is by far, my favorite place to buy quality juice to date. Extremely helpful and courteous staff, I have had several great experiences here. Chris has been great recommending new juices for me to try, based on my preference. He knows me and knows what I vape. Several times, he's recommended me to try a new juice, and he's never wrong. I love them! Jackie is the most fun, engaging, and helpful people I've met behind the counter of a vape shop. Today, actually, I went to fill my tank and BOOM the lid popped off. She quickly came around to the front of the counter, helped me clean up the mess, and saved the entire bottle of juice. She was like an emergency room doctor. She'd never cleaned up a spill like that before. She's awesome. I just love this store, but moreso, I love the people working there. They have great prices, too. Did I mention that? Well, I don't like to create supply chain competition for the things I like, but I know this will help their business thrive. I also want Chris and Jackie to get the acknowledgement they so deserve. I just purchased 2 of these vapes and went home to use them. Both are fully charged and they reached puffed maybe 2 times then completely stopped working. Battery is still at 90+%. I went back and the same girl who sold them to me said there was nothing she could do. She sold them to me and said there was nothing she could do. I could PURCHASE another vape and maybe get a little bit of a discount. This is absolutely horrible customer service and company policy. She could have let me know what the return policy was or ask me to try them there before leaving the store. $30 wasted. There was no rectification on her part for the customer. Definitely will not be going back and will let everyone know not to shop at this local store, as I work with people everyday and speak highly about local establishment. Gas stations treat ppl better with purchase of vapes and that’s not even what they specialize in. I will be contacting...

I’d like to leave a review for Jacque at the Woodstock location. I had a product that was sold to me that did not work properly and I was extremely unhappy to spend $33.43. Not only did she refund in full (after some pushback, I know how these things work), but she made sure I was aware and equipped with what I need to make sure it does not happen again. She listened the problem, understood the problem, explained a solution, and resolved my issue. The product is a retained customer. I am absolutely satisfied with that kind of service and will keep me coming back. Acknowledge this employee for a job well done.
