Terrabis Dispensary Woodstock — Local services in Woodstock

So this review is a bit delayed... went there in April, coming from Wisconsin. That said, of all the dispensaries that I've been to in Illinois, Michigan, Washington and Alaska, this one is second to one. Yep, doesn't compare to Lume in Michigan (They are the best!, you have to see it to believe it). That said, other than Lume, this was the best place I've been to.

I went there because they had a specific edible that I wanted (but don't stock anymore) and I ordered online. Didn't know what to expect upon arrival as I had never been there. When I arrived, the lot was pretty empty and the building seemed kind of sketch. But, when I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted and checked in. Once inside, there was a budtender available and waiting... while I didn't need that because of the online order, I really appreciate having that option when needed/wanted, which I find many places don't have.

When picking up my order, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly (which again, isn't always the norm). Check out was super quick and easy.... and because it was my birthday week, I was treated to a pre-roll.

Bottom line, Great, friendly service. Good selection. Comparable or better prices. I highly recommend and will be back when I am in the area.... unless I'm looking for Beboe brand as it appears they no...

Jordan was wonderful—kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The person at the front desk was also incredibly sweet and welcoming.

As for the shop itself, the building was definitely a choice... I only visited once, so this is purely my personal opinion, but the overall vibe felt a little forced and just didn’t quite click with me.

My fiancée also visited separately and described her experience as “a lot of bros,” which wasn’t quite the atmosphere she was hoping for either.

On the tech side, I found the website a bit janky on mobile. I wasn’t ready to download the app before making a purchase, so I can’t speak to that experience.

The staff is great. Location is right off 47 so it’s convenient. Everyone on their team seems knowledgeable, and has a smile on their face. They know just how to make you feel at home, and I feel like they really care. I feel like they took care of me 2x over on a single incident when I had brought up a flaw I noticed on the website vs what package said. Wasn’t even their fault. It was supplier error, and they still more than fixed the issue. I wish I knew the name of the manager who had performed the points adjustment on my account, but I do not. Either way, you’re awesome.
