Upon entering, the restaurant exudes a quiet, peaceful atmosphere with dimmed lighting that creates a relaxing ambiance. However, the abundance of bamboo trees at the front desk felt a bit overwhelming—almost like stepping into a mini bamboo forest. While it adds to the theme, it might not be the most inviting first impression for customers.

The service was a strong point right from the start. As soon as I walked in, I was promptly greeted and given attention, which is always a good sign. While browsing the menu at the counter for a to-go order, I noticed some pricing inconsistencies. When I inquired, the staff provided me with a green binder with plastic covers, which had the correct prices—still quite reasonable.

One dish I always have to order is the A2 Thit Nuong Cuon—Vietnamese spring rolls with BBQ pork wrapped in rice paper. While I also enjoy the shrimp and pork version, the BBQ pork rolls offer a meatier bite and a more robust flavor. The accompanying peanut dipping sauce, with its hoisin sauce base, pairs perfectly, especially when I mix in some garlic pepper chili paste for an extra kick.

For my main dish, I usually go with B1 Bun Tom Thit Nuong Cha Gio, which is a fantastic combination of BBQ pork, grilled shrimp, rice noodles, bean sprouts, chopped peanuts, and a pickled carrot-radish salad. The dish also comes with a small crispy spring roll and a flavorful rice wine and fish sauce mixture. I always ask for extra sauce and drizzle it over everything, along with my go-to spicy garlic chili paste—it turns into a rich, flavorful bowl of goodness.

Portion sizes are generous, and the flavors are consistently delicious. This is a great spot for family gatherings, friendly meet-ups, or even a cozy date night. With its location in a shopping center, parking is easy and conveniently close to the entrance. Overall, a solid choice for a satisfying Vietnamese meal with good service and a relaxed vibe.

Great soups and huge portions! Flavors were fresh and the noodles cooked to perfection.

This place is just great. You can tell everything is fresh from the soup broth to the sides. Its simply just there, the broth has all kinds of great aromas that just go POW all over your mouth.

I had the shrimp and noodles, the shrimp were cooked perfect the noodles were cooked perfect the flavors in broth went perfect with the shrimp and sides. Then add the extras like the fresh basil jalapeño lime juice and cilantro and it’s just an amazing dish.

My girlfriend had the beef and noodle soup, same as mine, really flavorful had a bite of the beef that was just tender. I’m not sure what it was made up of but there is obviously different herbs and spices in the beef that just make it what it is - a wonderful flavored meat soup.

Also had an appetizer - barbecue pork spring roll. Amazing flavor the smoky pork piece you can taste it and every bite. A lot of places make these and it’s just stuffed with lettuce with very little shrimp or very little meat. In this case you get Lots of portions of the meat and the actual stuffing had flavor in itself so it wasn’t just a bunch of lettuce crammed into a roll, they actually marinated the lettuce and noodle in some herbs and spices that you really made the whole thing, delicious!

Service was fantastic they kept coming back making sure everything was right, picking up the trash refilling our waters. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Would I come back here again. Absolutely freaking yeah. This is a great place if you’re in the mood for some great Vietnamese dishes.

Accessible yes, big wide doors and curbside handicap parking across the street...

Long review but I have so many good things to say!

I ordered a rather large togo order online for my family this evening and accidentally forgot an item. I called to see if I was able to add it, and the staff member was so kind in assisting me to adjust to order.

When I arrived, my food was ready right on time. It was also very efficiently and securely packaged, especially for such a large order. I also really really appreciated that the smoothies were made upon my arrival so that they weren't sitting there melting. Both staff members that I encountered while picking up were extremely kind and quick to offer assistance.

The food was absolutely delicious, even after a 15 minute drive home, the food was very hot and seemed so fresh. The Mongolian beef was hands down the best we have tried anywhere, and it was a noticeably better portion and beef quality difference from where we usually order from. The cheese puffs (crab rangoon) are absolutely packed with flavor and definitely also the best we have ever had, and the sauce they come with is also delicious! The broth in the noodle soup ordered was rich in flavor and beyond comforting. The passion fruit smoothie is a great sweet treat, while the avocado smoothie was unique and creamy and a little more subtle if you don't like things too sweet.

Will absolutely be returning! Thank you Saigon for a great...

This is not just my first time at Saigon Cafe, but the first time I ever had Vietnamese food, and I really loved it. I was really hungry when I came in, and we ordered a bunch of food we couldn't even pronounce, but it tasted really amazing. The waiter assigned to us was also very courteous and polite and really did a great job. One thing I have to commend them is that they brought in the food really fast, I didn't expect that. Had I disliked the food here, I probably won't be be able to try Vietnamese again, but the food was expertly made, and tasted delicious. Thank you for the amazing food.
