While the food is typical Panda Express quality, there are a few things to point out:
The A/C in the dining room is inadequate. It is always hot and humid. Yes I know it's an "open kitchen" but other places with the se concept seem to be able to keep their dinning rooms comfortable.
The Men's Restroom has been "closed for repairs" for two months. Fix it.
Today I had an employee park their vehicle so close to mine I couldn't open my car door. Now theae cars were parked right in cront of the entrance. Not only did it take ten minutes before the employee fessed up it was their car, when I expressed surprised that it was employee's car I got "I was in a hurry to get back". Then when I asked why employees weren't required to park in the back (instead of the prime spot right at the entrance " I was met with "We've had a problem with break ins and I wanted to keep an eye on my car". First, I wo be curious to see those police reports showing it's a rampant problem in Woodstock. Second, they can park along the wall across from where she did and her car still be visible if that was truly the reason (I suspect she was rushing to get back from a break amd not be late). I never write reviews but lately I've gotten tired of wasting my money. I've gone to this Panda Express multiple times and I finally decided to write a review today because I sat in line at the drive thru for almost twenty minutes and there is always a wait (at least 15- 30 minutes) for each visit. I waited and they even messed up my order. I drove all the way home and got settled in and when I go to open my food, it is not what I ordered. I then call to let them know that they got my order wrong and the lady says "okay, what do you want to do?" I'm so annoyed with the lack of customer service now a days. I did go back because I wanted to see how they handled the situation (which I live about 15 minutes away. It was just a total inconvenience and the lady gave me my correct order and didn't even ask if there was anything that she could do to compensate me for, 1. Waiting forever too long, and 2. Read moreI normally don't write reviews but after about the 6th time I figured this was worth my time. I work out of the office on Friday's and this is close so I frequent Panda quite often. If you eat inside the restaurant they will pay more attention to the vegetable/meat ratio. Anytime I've gone through the drive thru and ordered anything other than the orange chicken (being as it's only meat) I've gotten pretty much all string beans and 2 (literally) pieces of chicken and the beef and broccoli was almost identical. I truly believe they do it on purpose. It doesn't matter whether you're in your own home or serving quick food you pay attention to what's on the spoon you're serving. I've been in the store and have watched them take some veggies off the spoon for more meat but in the drive thru I figure they know most won't take the time to open on the spot and check.
