Soho Bagel Co — Restaurant in Woodstock

Awesome bagels but literally NEVER open on time during their posted hours. I've driven out 3 times recently to get bagels on a wed, a Fri, and a sat. On Saturday at almost 8am they just straight up waived us away from the building and kept the door locked. We went Friday they said the were open but the lights are off and the closed sign is out and hour after their posted open time.

So hard to find good bagels like this but tired of driving out for no reason, especially since 2 visits were to buy bulk bagels for gatherings and I had to leave late and empty handed so will probably not be back to this location at this point unfortunately but found out there's one in Canton and am hoping for a better experience because the bagels are awesome.

Just tired of saying, "yea I'll pick up the bagels" only to be left scrambling because they don't stick to any standard hours and the one person waving us away like we were a problem while we sat in the car and hoped they would open, since we could clearly see staff and it was way past open so far after opening, was...

I went today 2.6.25 around 1030am and ordered a toasted egg bagel, with cheese, and bacon and jelly. Before I added the bacon, I asked the lady did she have turkey bacon, she said no, I said okay that’s fine add bacon. I wait and get my sand which go to Starbucks and I was starving so I chummed down 1/2 and was like wait! What did I just eat?! I look at my sandwich and it was only bacon and jelly on there. I go back there and tell the lady with the gray long hair that this isn’t what I ordered and immediately she scrunched up her face like she was disturbed, yet she is the one who got my order wrong. I told them I ate half the sandwich and give them my bag. All they did was take the other half I had and add a half of egg and a cold piece of cheese. Like what?! I feel you should have replaced my sandwich. Poor customer service, I asked for my money back. Won’t be going back- I’m from NJ and it’s nothing like the NJ bagels or sandwiches & the food is super bland. Toasted bagels don’t seem like they’re toasted at all. Most people I take...

I am absolutely beside myself right now. My 10 year old was holding a closed never opened Gatorade that we had already paid for and he accidentally dropped it onto the carpet as we were waiting for our order. The heavy set lady with glasses at the register turned and looked at my son and snapped at him for accidentally dropping a closed never opened drink. Everyone waiting in line had a look of shock on there face and my son started to cry. If you are going to work the register at a restaurant you need to learn how to speak to people and that accidents happen by kids and even adults. No one was hurt and nothing was spilt. That was absolutely wrong of her to literally snap at a kid for this!!!! I am absolutely disgusted by her and will never come back to this place again and i will let the BBB...
