McDonald's — Restaurant in Woodstown

I just stopped here to get dinner. WOODSTOWN MCDONALDS. I ordered a #9-2 cheeseburger meal and buy 1 get 1 for $1- a filet & quarter pounder sandwiches.....As I drive a large vehicle and cannot fit through the drive-through I went into the dining Room for take out. The food's taking longer than expected but as I watched the one guy making the food, he has NO GLOVES ON, he has a mask on but he has it pulled/tucked under his chin so his full beard-lose whiskers and mouth can spray droplets everywhere. I'm watching him make some of my sandwiches which hes doing by juggling the hamburger warmer holder rack thingy and the buns on the paper/packaging box with no gloves on still. I did not see how he got the condiments on the cheeseburgers or the quarter pounder but the cheeseburgers were OK. Now, there's a filet a fish storage rack that they keep the filets in until they put them on the bun but its handle is broken and hes juggling it with no gloves on but gets the filet on the bun. He did not touch it. He finally put one glove on just to work the tarter sauce gun Which by the way he put 2 squirts on 1 filet. Check the video for around 8:30 and you'll see it. I am going to report this to the health department... Did I eat the food, yes, From what I could see, even though he was not wearing gloves 98% of the time, it did not look like he touched the food. I've been working since 8:00 a.m. and missed lunch. I'm starving so I'm eating it but I shouldn't have to guess or watch someone prepare my meal to make sure it was prepared by the health guidelines in place. I hate complaining on people but with what's going on it's common sense that if you're preparing public food, wear both gloves and a mask properly at all times.. I can only laugh at this because it's 9pm I'm still hungry and I could only eat 2 of the...

I love this McDonald's. Whenever we go to the beach we have always stopped at this location & have always had good service.

Well today I ordered a Sausage, Egg & Cheese bagel, not on the menu but you can still order it. Anyway, went out to the car & pulled out my sandwich, it was a Steak, Egg & Cheese bagel... & there was a hair in it... It was gross. So I went back inside & told them there was a hair in my sandwich & that I had actually ordered a Sausage, Egg & Cheese bagel & my mom had come in with me & noticed that none of the crew members were wearing hair nets. Like their hair was up in ponytails or buns but no hair nets. So my mom had said, maybe your crew should be wearing hair nets. The manager (although nice about my sandwich & correcting the order) said she could talk to her supervisor about that. & then as we walked out I overheard her talking about my mom. Saying "Oh that lady finds one hair in her sandwich." Like how many hairs were we supposed to find? Don't be rude to your customers, that's how you get crappy reviews of your restaurant....

Not sure what happened but the food here has been horrible the last couple months. They can’t get my cheeseburger right ever. If I get it with… Light onions and light ketchup and extra pickles… it comes with just cheese and 2 pickles…. So I put regular onions the next time and regular ketchup and it still had no onions and a monster amount of ketchup. Today I had enough and needed to change my review. I got extra onions this time to make sure I get onions and they put a spiteful amount of onions… it was uncalled for and no care when assembling my burgers ever. I put light ketchup and there was a monster amount and I put extra pickles and got 2… really upsetting. The nuggets are over fried or refried because they are starting to suck too. Too greasy and over cooked. Something needs to be changed.

Edited 08-01-25 Got the s’mores mcflurry they just sprinkled a little toppings on top. They lost all their stars. Nothing changed, they can’t get anything right here fire them...
