McDonald's — Restaurant in Woodville

The worst customer service I have ever delt with in my life being as I work in the customer care industry . I lost my wallet there witch is my fault yea for being forgetful. So I called them a few times and talked to 3 different managers and all 3 of them said they have it in the safe waiting for me so I trusted them well that was my damn mistake when I go to get my wallet witch is out of town for me as I was just passing through that town. I went twice that day to no wallet I talked to a few different people saying they remember a wallet being there but yet it was gone and no where to be found and then the next day I called and talked to the main manger and he said all the managers he spoke with never spoke with me and that a few people since then where let go and no longer working there witch was funny being it was only in a week and half period time but whatever . I was very nice about it witch I had every right not to be . so basically these people that work there are very unprofessional and theifs. At my work place if any one loses something we put it up for safe keeping and wait for that person to come get it never do we touch a thing. But I guess these people working there just don't have any morals in life .I'm just so very glad I didnt have my money in there but the most important thing my id and social where in there . I never right a review actually this is my first one in my life but I just couldn't hold it anymore just hope the doesnt happen to...

We had been remodeling and were without a kitchen for almost a week. We were eating here daily, breakfast and dinner. The last time we went they messed up our order in the morning and at dinner time. We never even got what we ordered for breakfast. My husband went through the line twice and they sent us home with a sausage biscuit rather than a mcgriddle meal. Then come dinner time we spent almost 70 dollars for food for 2 families and all but 2 meals had sweet teas and they gave us unsweetened tea. Not only that one kid didn't get a happy meal because they didn't give it to us. I did go back the next day to speak with a manager about our experience she did off 3 free meals but then after i requested she offered a refund the mcgriddle, happy meal and sweet teas. She didn't have to do that so that was nice. We are regular customers because we have kids and they love McDonald's but after the treatment we had when we called in about the missing happy meal from Justin "jones" we will not be going back for awhile. Now that I think about it and have worked in customer service the meal was ruined with the unsweetened tea and happy meal missing. After eating there daily they should have just refunded the whole two receipts. Check your bags before you leave and make sure you have the right meal,...

Was visiting neaby, stopped in for a bite. The people are by far unprofessional and inappropriate. I understand they are between 16-22 years of age, but you would think the managers would have some type of control and professionalism. This is not the case, I observed a manager name was Eve or Eva, interacting in inappropriate conversations with workers laughing about conversation. There is a place and a time for this. McDonald's known to be a family friendly environment is not the place, in my opinion for this behavior. I was not going to make this post, but this needs to be addressed, and needs to be known by other families that may be in the area. I will never return to this location. Sadly there are not alot of places to eat here, but I would rather go elsewhere. The company should obtain a professional leader that knows what it means to be an adult leading in a professional manner, a leader that is committed to the McDonald's principles...
