If I could give less than one star I would. Few weeks ago I ordered two pizzas (no cheese due to allergy) and a Philly steak sandwich with extra steak, no cheeses for my family. Everything arrived with cheese. Lots of cheese. Called Dominos and they were polite and happy to send out another order. New order arrived and there was no cheese but the order was wrong! Called again and spoke to the manager. He was very nice, apologized, said keep the pizzas, refunded me and assured me he’d overlook the next one he’s sending. Now this is the third trip out. Finally the order was correct. Fast forward a month. Tonight I placed the same order from my recents. Took an hour to get here, driver was very nice but dropped the sandwich which, I’m glad he did bc it was dried up bread with a scant topping of steak and veg. I ordered extra Philly steak. One pizza was correct but the other wasn’t. Driver apologized for dropping it and said he’d take it back to bring another. Then he asked if I wanted the pizza? I showed him and asked if he would keep it? He said no and took it back. I called the store and the person who answered said they’d correct it and send it right out. Even asked me to tell him again my order so he’d get it right. I specifically said no cheeses because we are allergic. He even repeated back to me, “ok so no cheeses?” To which I said “No. No American, no provolone. “ 45 min later it arrives. I open the boxes and guess what? Cheese!!! Lots of cheese!!! I opened the door to catch the driver but he was gone! Called the store again and told them they got it wrong AGAIN! Person who answered was different than the last but polite as well. I told them, idk what is wrong with you guys because this is the second time it’s happening. Well person took my order down again and said they would overlook my order to be sure it’s right. Yeah right I’ve heard that before. Smh We order a lot of pizza and I mean A LOT of pizza. I have adult sons at home with friends and gf’s over often. We order a lot of Dominios. However, after these last months, I’m so done with Dominos. During “that which shall not be named” they had their stuff together and the food was always delish and accurate. Now that things are back to more “normal” times, they suck again. No more Dominos for me. They just can’t seem to follow simple directions. Update: Final order just arrived, and this time, even though they got the pizza correct the Philly cheesesteak was missing the onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Unbelievable. 😡 This time the driver was the same as the first time he came tonight. Very nice kid, asked me if everything was OK. I checked and I just said yes because at this point, what’s the point. Time to...
Read moreVery irritated right now. I order my pizza chicken and lava cakes. The delivery time was on point but the service was not. I am less then a minute drive around the corner from this location. The driver parked about a mile down the street sat in his car for about 4 and 1/2 minutes before getting out of his car. He then proceeded to the passenger side and took his blue bag out of the car placed my pizza and other items on the top of his car and then placed his bag back in the car. Proceeded to walk up the hill, all while my food was exposed to the 30 degree weather. I took my pizza and went inside. The pizza was cold and so weren't my lava cakes, not 100 on the chicken as I didn't check that because I was calling dominos. My husband was hungry and started to eat the pizza. I called and spoke with manager and told her what happened and she every excuse from he is still kinda new and wasn't to sure where you were located., Well you know there is this virus going around and that is now protocol and policy. Donuts ur policy to take my hot food out of the bag and stick it on top of a dirty car and walk up a hill while exposing it to the elements. She then told me that I could send it back and she would remake it all. At that point I told her not to worry about it because I wasn't waiting for another half hour to get my food back just to have it happen again because that's now ur new policy. She ok well then goodnight and hung if the phone. I was then even more mad then what I was before I called. I won't be ordering from you guys any longer because I don't wants cold food and my food placed ontop of a vehicle and then carried out in the cold before it even gets too me because that's just unacceptable....
Read moreMight be the worse dominos ever. Like I’m in shock it’s even in business. Placed an order, was told 30 minutes. A hour later we called to check on an eta, he tells us he should be to the house in a few because he left and if not call back. 30 minutes after that we called. The guy who takes the deliveries is on another level and on something clearly, he asks for our address 7 times. 7. Then tells us we never placed an order, puts us on hold, asks again, we ask for a manger he hangs up. Called back again where he hung up and then the third time got a manager. She said she didn’t even know what’s going on. So what was he keep putting me on hold for?! Good finally got to us disgusting. The next day a different manager was upset this all happened says either he’ll refund me or remake an order, at 9:11 I placed an order for my kids, was told 25 minutes. It’s now 10:32 and keep getting put on hold and the same guy just asks for the address over and over and puts me on hold. I’ve currently been on hold...
