Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woonsocket

This has to be the worst DD in Woonsocket especially when it comes to service. The other day ordered 2 donuts at the counter and was 20 cents short. It was late in the day about 6pm. Every DD I've been to, whenever I go at this hour, will either give me a free donut if I order more than one or will no charge me if I just order one. I will say I go there different times of the day and I never ask or request or expect anything free they have all done it with pleasure. Well when I told this hefty gal with hair pulled back I was short 20 cents and since it was 6pm could she give me one free she said no. This was the first time I ever asked and I did do because I was short and embarrassed. When I told her all the other DD has given me a free around this time of day without asking, she said 'Well we don't do that here." So I left without getting anything. She was super rude but this store is not surprise bad attitude seems to be the mantra here.

Today went to drive thru. Waited at the speaker and no one greeted me. Kept waiting and nothing. Backed up, went forward and nothing. Finally drove to the window and the skinny white kid with ponytail that had the ear piece didn't even look at me so I knocked on the glass he looked annoyed. He came to the window and I told him that had been waiting at the speaker for a while. He said he was busy but come on, hr could have told me on the speaker that he would right with me instead of silence. I just left and went to a different DD. Tired of getting d off disappointed here. Usually this is a great location, fast, friendly and drinks are made correctly. But lately the last 2 times I've gone to this Dunkin during the morning/noon time, whoever is making the drinks isn't doing a great job. One time the caramel was just not in there, maybe they aren't pushing the caramel pump down all the way? Then today there was no caramel at all again and instead granulated sugar at the bottom of my iced coffee. Now I'm stuck with a coffee that I don't even like. I go get Dunkin coffee with cream and caramel swirl because it can't be replicated at home. I don't drink coffee with regular sugar ever only cream by itself or cream with, caramel swirl, pumpkin swirl or other flavored coffee drinks so straight up sugar in my coffee is just gross to me and not enjoyable. This is very irritating when you get 1 or 2 Dunkin drinks a week for a treat especially after you tip with your order. I usually go here because the drinks are always made well. These last 2 bad drinks are the only bad ones I've ever gotten from here except maybe 1 other time. Please keep a better eye on new staff so customers don't get the brunt of their errors. Order 2 sausage egg and cheese on a crosant, a refresher and a ice coffee came up to 17.46, I was given the coffee and the refresher waited 10 min for the sausage egg and cheese on a crosant, I was the only one in the store, I saw a few cars, going through the drive through. I started looking at tiktok when the person who charge me, came and looked at me like what is he waiting, she asked you all set, I said no still waiting. She asked another girl where is his order, they had no clue. So they had to ask for my receipt to see what I purchased, they asked a girl to make it, I saw the firld taking her time putting on her gloves, I told the person who served me " you know I don't want them give my money back, I guess the person in charge came and refund me 10.01 as I'm leaving I decided to return the drinks too. Which they did but only game back 16.46.
