On a recent return trip, I was in search of an authentic Indian restaurant. Google suggested "Bombay Lounge Indian Bar & Restaurant," which boasted excellent ratings and reviews. Intrigued, we decided to stop by for lunch and were immediately impressed by the exceptional service, inviting ambiance, and high-quality food. Our order included Garlic Naan, Dal Makhni, Samosa, Mango Lassi, Kolhapuri Chicken, and French Fries for our child. Each dish was freshly prepared and bursting with flavor. The Garlic Naan was perfectly baked, and the Dal Makhni had a rich, creamy texture. The Samosas were crispy and well-seasoned, and the Kolhapuri Chicken had a delightful, spicy kick that was perfectly balanced. The Mango Lassi, however, stole the show. Having tried Mango Lassi at numerous places along the East Coast, I can confidently say that the one served here is among the best I've ever had. It was thick, creamy, and had just the right amount of sweetness. The portion sizes were generous, easily enough to satisfy two people. If you find yourself in the neighborhood and are on the lookout for delicious Indian cuisine, I highly recommend giving Bombay Lounge a try. This place is an absolute must-visit for anyone who appreciates authentic Indian food.

During our recent visit to Bombay Lounge at 64 Water Street in Worcester, we were thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the exceptional service. The eggplant dip was a delightful starter, offering a rich and smoky flavor that set the tone for the meal. The butter chicken stood out with its tender pieces of chicken enveloped in a creamy, flavorful sauce that was simply irresistible. The chicken tikka masala was equally impressive, featuring perfectly grilled chicken in a robust, spiced tomato sauce. The yellow lentil paneer dish was a harmonious blend of soft cheese and lentils, delivering a comforting and satisfying experience. The garlic paneer was a highlight, with the cheese cubes absorbing the aromatic garlic flavors beautifully. The staff at Bombay Lounge were attentive and courteous throughout our dining experience. They ensured our glasses were never empty and were readily available to answer any questions about the menu, enhancing our overall dining experience. The combination of delectable dishes and outstanding service makes Bombay Lounge a must-visit destination for anyone seeking authentic Indian cuisine in Worcester.

Authentic Indian Delight in the Heart of Worcester! If you’re craving truly authentic Indian food that tastes just like it does back in India, Bombay Lounge Indian Grill and Bar is an absolute must-visit. From the very first bite, the flavors took us right back home — rich, aromatic, and perfectly spiced. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit — the food was exceptional, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. You can tell that great care goes into both the kitchen and the customer experience. We’re not sure when we’ll be back in Worcester again, but this gem has left a lasting impression. To all fellow Indian food lovers — make sure to stop by Bombay Lounge. It’s a delicious reminder of home and a standout in the local dining scene!

A wonderful experience. I went in for their weekend buffet lunch and it was delicious. It had a variety of chicken dishes, a paneer dish, a mushroom dish, a lentil dish, and a mushroom dish. There was also salad, lentil soup, and a dessert that resembles carrot cake. Their food wasn't super spicy and was flavorful. I particularly liked their lentils and the chickpeas. The complimentary naan was hot out of the oven and thick enough to use as a food scoop. The asthetic was a nice classy modern and it was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a substitute in my mock tail and they happily complied. Said mocktail was delicious and had a frozen block of berry smoothie instead of ice. Highly recommend and will go back. Edit: went back for the lunch buffet and this place continues to impress.

Went here for the first time early November, and didn’t realize it was a new restaurant to the area. We were immediately greeted by the host, which was also our waiter. The restaurant is large with 2 dinning room areas, and super colorful with traditional Indian decor. The wait staff was super attentive, genuinely really kind. I wish I could remember our waiter’s name, because he was best and made great suggestions. The food was really good, with some dishes possibly needing a little more spice. But everything was fresh, and good portions. Only con, which isn’t their fault, but they have a huge bar that was not ready to serve alcohol yet. I feel once they are able to serve beer/wine, it will definitely elevate the experience. I will be back either way for the food 😋

The decor throughout was simple lovely and well maintained. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, he made suggestions for food and drinks after understanding our preferences. Food speaks volumes. We were presented with weekend special menu and it was nicely curated. We tried dabeli with mint chutney which was fresh and flavourful. Thandai shake was heavenly refreshing. Gulab jamun sabzi was delish , perfect blend of spices and flavour 10/10. Veg vindalo was palatable, the best i have ever had outside goa. Puran poli for dessert with clarified butter was delightful 💯. Excellent chef and staff. Paid a bit over the odds however, food was worth it !!! Definitely coming back 😊
