Cool Licks Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt — Restaurant in Worcester

5 star for a classic style ice cream. They have many flavors for soft serve and they owner is just the best. I know him well as a customer and he remembers my other patrons. Sometimes you may wish the ice cream had more flavor, but you can ask for a bit more flavor too. The good thing is that his ice cream is less fatty and sugary than the norm, and he makes it all right there in the machine, by hand, every order. Ordering can take some time because it's such a personable touch, but it's a nice, welcoming, very friendly environment. Try an exotic freeze, it's soft serve and slush together, if you've never had this combo before. This is the first placed I've ever eaten a banana split, since I'm not the biggest fan of bananas; but I seen somebody order it and it looked so delicious I had to get one eventually. Good , family, friendly, awesome soft serve.

Update: I've read some of the negative reviews and the details of them don't quite match up. Sometimes people review the wrong business by mistake, so I am wondering if this is the case. I've never experienced a smell, bad, rude, or mean staff, sour or bad products, etc. I know personally from several in-depth conversations that the owner cleans the machines by hand every single night for a fresh start the next day....now what business truly does that?? He really cares about the product, health, exprience, and enjoyment of his customers. Ordered the vanilla and rum raisin sundaes. My nephews enjoyed it and wolfed them down promptly. The staff who work there are so polite and courteous, they offered to put the ready made sundaes in the freezer while the rest of my order was being prepared. They even provided me with a tray to carry my ice cream orders to go. They are genuinely nice people who take pride in their business and looking after their customers. I will definitely be back and have made this my go to place for ice cream in Worcester.

Came back over the weekend, ordered 2 regular Sundays with sauce and toppings, plus a 2 scoop ice cream with cone which came out to $25. I think their prices are reasonable. Be aware that they don't accept cards, it's a cash only business but they do have an atm around the corner. You will have to look for street parking as they don't have dedicated parking. There is a bit of a wait and a line forms but the ice cream and great customer service...

I went there this evening for a after dinner dessert with my husband and two kids my husband had the banana split that he said was the best he has had and my son had blueberrie ice cream with chocolate sprinkle and my daughter had strawberry ice cream and for her being a two year old that is picky for ice cream she almost had all of it and all she kept say was hmm yummy lol I had the banana Pina colds slushi and it was absolutely delicious I love sushi this place it amazing and the owner not sure if they are husband and wife but that are so sweet we will be back soon definitely...
