THIS IS OUR SECOND TIME HERE THIS WEEK, WE DROVE AN HOUR JJST TO EXPERIENCE THIS AGAIN! I GREW UP ON THIS FOOD. IT BROUGHT ME BACK TO MY NANAS KITCHEN AS IF I WERE A CHILD AGAIN EATING AT HER TABLE. THE CHEF HIT EVERY NOTE WHEN IT CAME TO SPICES. THE USE OF OLIVE OIL, LEMON, GARLIC WAS USED IN ABUNDANCE WHICH BROUGHT ALL THE FLAVORS TOGETHER . 😋 EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! 👌 THE EXPERIENCE LITERALLY MADE ME EMOTIONAL BECAUSE IT MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS HOME AGAIN. VIVA 🇱🇧💯

Amazing dinner at El Basha Grille on Park Ave in Worcester. We started with baba ganoush, hummous, fattoush salad, grape leaves, and kibbe. We had the Azeeme Lebanese dinner for an entree, which was a mixed grill consisting of steak, chicken, and kafta with grilled veggies over rice. Everything was so fresh and flavorful.

I ordered combo-kebab platter with a choice of medium rare. I didn't really like my meat because it was cooked well-done and the the vegetables were totally burned, see the pic. I don't understand why they would give an apparent burned food. Rice pilaf was really good tho.

Going to a restaurant is an over all experience The food, the atmosphere, the service If one of the three is great doesn't mean you rate it high based on that only thing I was shocked at the reviews given here. The food the food was good not great. I had the lamb it was so over cooked and dry. The flavor was good. Maybe it was an off day for the cooks so I don't know. The atmosphere oh my goodness. The place is really run down and by the looks of it has been for a long time with an 80s to 90s decor. A renovation would be very helpful for this place. I can understand the darkness and the feel of the place to make it seem like you're in the home country but some updates would be helpful. Now the service oh my goodness. We waited 20 min to even order our food it took another 30 min to get our food as I said earlier it was tuff and dry. So I think they left it on the grill 10 min to long. We finished our meal had a nice conversation and waited for our check. Then we waited some more. then some more after fifteen min with out seeing our waiter I couldn't take it any more I got up and started searching for the waiter. He was sitting at the bar watching TV. I wouldn't begrudge any one from relaxing. But I am paying for the food and service here. I asked him for the check and 5-7 min later he brought it over. I had no hard feelings about not leaving a tip. The food was ok most likely we caught it on an off day. But over all it is far far far...

We had been here a few times before and had been to the Shrewsbury location as well. Food had always been good and the taboulehh (sp?) salad was great. However we visited here on July 1 when the fireworks were held in Worcester. Now it was the 4th of July weekend and slow, but there was only one other couple in the restaurant. We went to the bar. First issue was they had no Jim Beam. And the batender could not find any other liquors (bar was just rearranged she said). We ordered dinner and she brought out the pita bread. It was stale. very stale. We asked her is she had anyting fresher. No, she said, but I can cut it up smaller if you like. Huh?

The the waitress came behind the bar and started the dishwasher just as we were served our food. I guess she needed a clean glass even though there were no other patrons in the house. Then she proceeded to pour herself a very stiff drink in front of us. She went and sat at the bar and took a big sip and let out a yelp. Wow is that strong, she said sounding like Yosemite Sam a few more times.

Dinner was ok but the attitude and service was just awful. A rude bartender and crazy waitress who just had to start up a dishwasher at the bar as we started to eat. We could not get out of there fast enough. Rude service. Stale bread. Staff drinking. We asked if the owners condone drinking for staff. "Um,mmm somtimes". Yea maybe they were away for the...

This place is great for Mediterranean food. Everything is 100% Mediterranean. Menu is full of awesome & delicous food. Sometimes hard to pick what you want. I always get the grape leaves (lamb) which are awesome. Just don't like how they serve white rice with it. Just think if the main dish has white rice you shouldn't have white rice as a side. But that's just my opinion. My boyfriend had meze platter where you can choose hot/cold apps. He had, hummus, feta, kimbee, lamb sausage. He liked everything but the sausage. They have a full bar you can have whatever you want. They have a large wine list also. Server did not come over once to ask our our food was. She would start to come over peek over to our table see how we are doing and walk away. Overall,...
