Loft 266 — Restaurant in Worcester

Sat down in what seamed like a great spot. Red Sox on with 25 cents wings sounded good. Then it went downhill from there. The bartender said the cook was late, ended up being really late. We ordered the food and while watching the game the bartender switches the speaker output to the basketball game. Then the game was switched to some other game. by the time they figured out how use the TV system we missed 2 innings. The food took forever to come out. The 8 wings I ordered turned out to be 6 massive chicken legs. Dry and appeared to be some leftovers they were trying to get rid of. I tried to complain but the manager just gave me an attitude. I asked for togo so I could go somewhere else to enjoy the game. Again it took them forever to do a simple task. Then the bill fiasco, they tried to charge me $8.99 for the 25 cent wings. They had to reverse the charge and you guessed it, took them forever to figure it out. First and last time going there. I suggest you...

Had to come and say something since the last 2 kidnapping in Boston. Visited Loft 266 once with my girlfriend we were taking a cab home so we went outside the building stood infront to wait for our cab the security there at the time told us we could'nt he also said we couldn't wait in the parking lot so we had to go wait in the streets. I have never felt so unsafe it was closing time late night. They were quick to take our money but not one bit concerned about our safety. The next weekend we visited Grill 57 and we were allowed to wait inside until our cab arrived. I have been in hospitality business for more than 20yrs and Loft 266 is definitely not a place l will revisit. We have to be a more responsible society maybe a little kindness. So the cab took awhile to arrive and most everyone had cleared out so we were alone on a lonley street perfect...

I have never written a review but I have to do it after visiting this place. It's the worst place I've even been by far. The place wasn't even crowded but they spent like 30 mins to take our orders. Then, one hour late our onion rings came! DISGUSTING! It was like drinking oil! We couldn't eat it so we decide it was enought and we wanted to go out. We ask for the check and after other 30 mins they took my credit card. It was slow and unprofessional. The didn't add the discount in the bill and we wanted to reclaim but we prefer to go out of this place as quick as we could.

The first time that I've been there, I paid my order ($5) with a $20 note and they gave me nothing back. When I asked for my money, the waitres told me that he didn't realice what it was wrong!
