I was looking forward to my second pizza from Fratelli's, but the experience was less than stellar. The pizza that was delivered included toppings not listed on the menu - toppings my friend could not eat due to dietary restrictions. When I called to address the situation, it appeared nothing could be done. It took my (male) friend calling to request the proper pizza, which required management approval. The manager, Kevin, was not in the store, but he called us with 10 minutes. He apologized for the unexpected pizza and poor service, offering to re-deliver the proper pizza and a refund. He called later on to confirm the pizza had been delivered as expected, as well as reached out to me personally on Facebook. I appreciate Fratelli's creative combinations, superior quality, and fair price, but Kevin's true dedication to customer service makes me even more likely to order again. He very promptly addressed a disappointing situation and made every effort to fix it. I trust under his new management that staffing and customer service issues will be addressed and I will not have another poor experience.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: The pizza that arrived was NOT as listed in the menu. I called to ask for it to be rectified and felt pushed over to accepted a gift card. Apparently, the pizza they made is different than what they actually make. My friend has dietary restrictions - why wouldn’t you list everything on the pizza. The pizza combination we received was super gross and I paid $17 for it.
When my (male) friend called to rectify the situation, they said he was taking up his time. We are paying for a disgusting wrong pizza! All we want is for you to expedite the proper pizza - as listed in your menu. If I wanted to make dinner, I would have a hour ago when I ordered.
I think Brian - who answered the phone - was trying his best, but he claimed there were n extra drivers to expedite our order. Either he was lying or they don’t know how to handle Patriots Opening Day. Which is stupid and silly either way.
I loved my last Fratelli’s pizza, but apparently they don’t know how to write a menu and/or address a conflict they caused. Customer service can make up for an error and Fratelli’s did not follow through. A 1 Star until...
Read moreVery poor service received tonight which is too bad because we have ordered from there a few times and we like the food, we had a problem before with our order and the manager was overly nice and he corrected our order and had it delivered right away. But our experience tonight was awful! We ordered online on THEIR website not through door dash, we ordered direct through them and then received a voicemail from a very loud woman who didn’t even state her name saying “we are out of steak tips” so we called back and she refused to refund us saying that she does not know how to do that because “she never orders online” and kept telling us we needed to call “go parrot” as they are the third party service. She could not provide contact info for “Go Parrot” and the website has no info. She was very rude and just kept saying I don’t know what to tell you cuz I don’t know how to give you a refund. We asked for the manager or the owner’s name and phone #, she said “It’s a new owner so I don’t know who that is” we asked her to put someone of higher status on the phone and she hung up on us. We called back 3 times and kept being put right on hold and no one picked up! Nice way to treat customers!! We are out $46.86! Very...
Read moreWhere do I start? I googled “best subs near me” after work and drove 26 minutes out of my way to get an Italian sub here. The girl who answered the phone was friendly enough but had no knowledge of what meats were used in their Italian sub and said “two different kinds of salami & ham”. I get there and it’s kind of dark and small. The staff were all fairly young women and one was holding up a knife full of tuna and smelling it before she plopped it down onto a sandwich and started smearing it. Red flags were up but by then I was starving so I paid for the sub and hit the road. As I ate it I noticed it had no flavor which is odd for an Italian. I kept smelling a faint hint of mold so I inspected it and smelled the bread and couldn’t really smell anything distinct so I kept eating. Bad move. I get home and go to bed. I get startled awake in the middle of the night with acid reflux and stomach pain. I take Maalox and go back to bed. The next morning my stomach is killing me...no vomiting but nausea, fireworks in my stomach and diarrhea. Today is day two and my stomach is still rumbling. NEVER AGAIN will I trust the internet to guide me to a place to eat again!!!! Word of mouth only! Buyer...
