Shooters Bar and Billiards — Restaurant in Worcester

Hello everyone idk if anyone get back to me or not.but I gotta share today story here. So I went to there bar today and I forgot my wallet in my office. And I asked young lady who give you pool table rack and balls. She asked if I showed her pic in my phone. Guy came behind idk who was he owner of manager. He come behind and said we need hold your car key. Coz we don’t know if you will run away after playing game here. I usually go here. It’s nice bar with pool table. So he asked key I was like yea that’s fine I don’t have I’d so that’s okey. But he was showing so much attitude even young lady said ignore him but I can’t. Idk it’s Friday and they were busy I think so he got some issues or something. I was talking normal and after he asked oh I need to take a pic of your id. I even let him do that. And this guy was still barking about it. So I told young lady hey here is your rack and pool balls. I don’t want to play or drink. Idk what’s wrong this guy. But if he is owner he should have see himself a video from the camera and tell me if I said anything wrong or anything. But that so stupid. Probably won’t come back here ever. Btw I left after and I asked this guy to delete my license pic. Coz if anything I’ll sue on you guys to take pic of people id in your personal phone…. Hire some good person who can be...

Cool place, I loved it here, however one of the bartenders played me. I had bought a drink earlier and had just enough cash ($10 for a $8 drink). I guess she was not satisfied with that tip but i had planned to buy more drinks after with my card which i would then tip better. So my boy gives me $20 and says “buy as many green tea shots as this will get you”. I ask how many this will get me she says 2. So i say get me 4 green tea shots, put the $20 on the drinks and the rest on my card. She proceeds to then charge my card the whole $36 and kept the $20 as a tip to herself. And me being pretty drunk at this point didn’t realize and tipped her $10 on my card. So now I’m down $66 dollars from which should’ve only been $16 on my card. I lost the credit card dispute due to me not having the receipt, which is understandable as i used to work in disputes and understand how they work. I know i should’ve tried to reach out to shooters and resolve or called out the bartender once i noticed instead of resorting to disputing but me and my friends were having a good night and I’m not a confrontational person. So it’s whatever it’s only $20 I’ll take that loss but i will make my experience known on Google and yelp. Sucks cause this is like the only dedicated pool bar left in Worcester after...

Wanted somewhere my fiancé and I could play pool. Found Shooters through a Google search. The tables are a bit close together..... there was a separate room with one pool table in it - not sure if that cost more or if it was first come, first serve - a couple was playing in there so I didn't ask. The girl assigning pool tables to people was kind enough to give us a table in the back, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, there was a basket ball hoop game in that room so there was a constant, (and I mean constant), banging of the basket ball hitting the hoop rail and then hitting the "ground" - bang, bang - bang, bang - bang, bang - bang, bang - bang, bang. I was certain our game would be cut short - but we were able to tune it out and have a good time. My only complaints, the drinks were not strong at all and the kitchen...
