Sisters Restaurant — Restaurant in Worcester

All i can say is I went to sisters on Friday and I had their baked haddock put the rice and corn and I also had a bowl of clam chowder excuse me they're homemade clam chowder and let me tell you people they make you feel right at home food is excellent that big haddock was perfect weld cooked in a clam chowder is to die for if I could I would stay there and let them cook for me these folks are great and the hostess she's very good ask a question and she's right on it for you the mother is actually cook still have a piece of that spinach pie saving app so I can't wait to try another one of their homemade Albanian food and when I go back again another day I'm going to try something different and something tells me the food is going to great and you folks at sisters who I would like to call family thank you for taking over the restaurant thank you for the great food and I'll see you on my next trip do you have a great blessed day until then stay safe and remember folks social distance we don't want nobody from sister restaurant to get sick thank you...

Today we went to Sisters Restaurant. My husband and I use to live in the area and moved. We decided to drive to it today as the food has always been good. We walked in sat down as there was a table available. We sat there for 10-15 min with no one acknowledging us even tho there were 2 waitresses who made eye contact with both of us. None of which even said be right with you. The last straw was when some other customers came in and were given menus right away. We got up and I asked one of the waitresses why have we not been offered any services. She said “oh I’m sorry” sorry for what looking at us and even offering us menu or anything. It’s a shame that this owners staff is negatively affecting their business. We were so upset I could feel myself shaking. Your staff needs to do better. I remember when the owners daughter was working there and she was always on top of taking care of all the customers in a timely manner. Sooooo disappointed after driving over 1/2 hr to...

I ordered BLT, and in the menu, it doesn't list bacon, lettuce & tomato. But we know what's on a BLT. Here, it comes with a small side of fries, for 12$, so I asked to add 🥑 she said ok. Never told me what the extra charge would be. I get my food that I ordered & it looked proper, I ate my fries first, made perfect! Taste great. Then I went to eat my BLT 🥪 as I picked it up to eat, I noticed red onions in the middle that I didn't ask for. I bring it to their attention. They understood the error. They asked if I wanted a whole new sandwich, to which I said just replace what the onions touched, and I'll take it. After relaying the message, I was told I would get a new 🥪 made. They gave back the same 🥪 with some replaced things. The kicker at the end was I could still taste onions. Then I got the bill, 3$ extra for avocado. Which is robbery, what's worse I wasn't told the up charge before hand. So, some changes...
