I am highly impressed with here, mainly because of Katya the saleswoman. I don't bother writing reviews unless I get stellar service (or terrible). Katya hit ALL the checkboxes. So much so she earned a tip from us.
We went to the Worcester location. It's only recently moved from down the street I think, so they're still setting things up, but regardless Katya worked with first my husband on one day (for hours with no pressure), then again with my for another long period.
We bought couch, recliner and lamp - had delivered and set up. Delivery men were exactly on time, worked fast and it's funny the dang lamp took longer to set up. THANK GOODNESS we paid for set up. So worth it at $150 guys...remember this is beautiful, but discounted furniture that comes in a box (ours did since it had electronics). Not a scratch on it all.
Heres where Katya shined... When I bought the THIRD PARTY (5yr $300) warranty, I struggled to register it online as required. Katya gave me her personal number and worked with her manager to get that plan registered. THEN come delivery day I texted her (probably shouldn't have but she helped me anyway. She made sure I was happy all the way through my purchase... Even fixing the one thing that went wrong... The lamp manufacturers missed a lock nut on my lamp. All I have to do is stop by store for a replacement. Usually you have to call manufacturers.
This place is cheaper than Bob's, had a pressure-free environment, a great selection for all tastes... And you've GOT to ask for KATYA.
TO THE OWNERS - Give that woman a raise and wonderful delivery men (and thanks for the beautiful furniture).

Read moreI was a little skeptical with ordering from here because of all of the reviews. We ordered our kitchen set online, set as pick up. The online process was a little confusing. It does not have you select a store to pick up from and when you call the store they person answering the phone did not know any information. If you do the online chat it seems to go to the same person at their warehouse in RI, who was able to give us accurate information and pick up details. The table set came in 2 days late, they said a truck broke down. Things happen. A women who works at the store was willing to drive to RI to pick up the set for me incase it did not come in that Friday vs the original Wednesday delivery.
Overall:
The customer service I would give 3 stars. It would be nice if there were more details on the confirmation email. There seems to be some confusion with employees at the store where I would have given it a lesser review if it wasn't for the women I spoke to on the phone from the store who was in fact excellent and probably the only knowledgeable person in the store.
The furniture came 2 days late to the store but it was easy to put together and better quality than the last set I received from BOBs furniture a couple...

Also was told that it is not their delivery drivers but was told by the leasing company it is the stores drivers worst service still have no clue where my couch is or been contacted by anyone wish I would have read the reviews first before going...
