Worcester pizza — Restaurant in Worcester

Ordered twice, hit or miss. Picked up first time - clean place, owner/staff was friendly and kind. Ordered online, some confusion about the order but we got there - chalk it up to new system quirks. Online menu is strangely worded in places ("Pizza ingredients no" to remove ingredients?). Pizza was good, not blow-away good but definitely fine for the price. Got what we wanted and was satisfied. Onion rings were very good, fries were OK, but the chicken parm we got was reallllly good. Considered getting a salad, but was unsure what came on the salad and extra/add-on ingredients were very expensive ($2-3 each).

Second order was delivery, got a chicken bacon ranch wrap and onion rings again (cause they were good!). I don't know what wrap I got, but it was not chicken bacon ranch - at least as I'd expect. It wasn't bad, stuffed full of ingredients - chicken was orange (seasoned, I'm assuming, not inherently bad by itself), small bits of bacon, no sign of ranch anywhere. The onion rings came burned - never gotten burned food from delivery/pick-up before. Took about an hour for delivery, location is less than half-mile away.

I’ve given Worcester Pizza more than one chance, and each time has been a letdown. The service is consistently rude or careless no greetings, no basic courtesy, and it always feels like you’re bothering them just by ordering. As for the pizza… it’s honestly some of the worst I’ve had. Greasy, bland, and either overcooked or barely warm. I kept hoping things might improve with time, but after a couple of frustrating experiences, I’m done. There are so many better pizza spots around do yourself a favor and...

Got delivery on a Monday night. They were faster than expected. I got a large bacon pizza and small mozz sticks. Lemme tell you, this place is genuinely good.
