Gourmet Donuts — Restaurant in Worcester

I had heard great reviews from friends, so I stopped by to check out this tiny breakfast place inside the gas station on Lincoln and was blown away. Definitely the biggest iced coffee you can get in Worcester! The donuts are HUGE and extremely fresh.

Absolutely phenomenal service from the friendly staff here. There were two employees working, one cranking out coffees faster than I could believe, and the other was helping two customers at a time. There were a few people in line ahead of me and I was in and out in five minutes and back on the road.

The coffee was delicious, and I ordered with no syrups to give an honest review. And may be best of all, their coffees come in four sizes, small, medium, large, and extra large! Shown in the picture is the extra large iced coffee. I have lived in Worcester for years and I think this is the best coffee I've come across yet.

This location does not have a drive-through, but walking inside is a small price to pay for coffee this good. Because this coffee shop is located inside a gas station, I’d imagine that it can get crowded at busy times. I will definitely be back for...

This was my first time at a Gourmet Donuts and it will absolutely not be my last! I wish I had gotten the baristas name, he was so patient with me. I was a little overwhelmed with all the flavor options, but he was able to recommend some for me. He also informed me that I could mix different flavors which I thought was cool. I ended up ordering an iced coffee with vanilla, blueberry cheesecake and caramel. It was absolutely delicious. He let me try it to make sure I liked how it turned out which may not be important to others but to me that made my experience even better because it shows that they care about their customers. 10/10...

Worst customer service I have ever had the blonde lady whom I assume is the owner is always so rude gives me and other customers hard times as I’ve sat there and watched the terrible service go on, she also didn’t let me know bacon is a extra charge and that also if you add bacon you cannot complete the combo you have to pay all separately just so she can get me in full price for everything. if you don’t want to just be a decent human and atleast do your job correctly don’t work or find something else to do , I will never be...
