I took my kids here for lunch after school shopping at target. I don't think i've ever had a more disappointing experience at any other restaurant. The lobby was extremely messy, every table was dirty, trash cans were full, soda bar was a disaster area, and it looked like it hadn't had a thorough cleaning in a while. I figured they might've had a large crowd of people come in that were extremely rude and they'd been too busy to get to it. However during our roughly 30 minute visit, I saw plenty of workers standing around and talking instead of working. The kid who took my order did fine, everything was correct on my receipt, at least. I didn't wait too long for my order but that may have been because they forgot half of it. They packed it up for to go even though we were eating in, no big deal. I proceeded to go through the bags and pass out the food and they forgot three burritos. I went back up to the counter and told them we were missing the two burritos with extra sauce and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. The guy up front went and told the guy making the food what he needed. He threw them together and passed them down. I walked back to the table and opened the burritos to see what they were because they weren't marked. The cheesy bean and rice burrito was fine but when I opened up the next one there was no sauce. I went back to the counter and asked for some on the side so I could put it on myself. The guy at the counter didn't say anything to me he just looked at the other guy and said, "Man you forgot her sauce" and then got it for me. This location is a disgrace to taco bells everywhere. They need...
Read moreWORST absolute WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to.We actually live about 30 seconds from this location. If we want Taco Bell we will drive all the way to Shrewsbury to avoid coming here. Plan to wait anywhere between 20 minutes to a half an hour to get your food if it is in the evening. Expect a soggy taco shell and people who don't care for service . I really wish I knew who owned this location, when you spend about $35/40 to feed five people and the food is complete crap you realize you could've cooked a meal at home for as long as it takes to wait in the drive-through line . Not exaggerating. It's been this way for about nine months used to be OK before. Whoever owns and manages the store has no concept of customer service or quality. The McDonald's on Lincoln Street used to be the worst place to go but Taco Bell has now surpassed them. I don't know where they're getting their help from ...? I know you don't get paid a lot but people please take pride in your work you'll never advance in anything you do in life if you can't handle the little stuff. May be too deep for a fast food restaurant, but what the heck I'm writing the review right?! People...
Read moreI usually really like Taco Bell, when it’s decent, I’ve tried this one a few times with high hopes that they’d eventually staff it correctly and get some consistency with quality control, but enough is enough. In my 4 times going there for various things like kfc or late night tacos they have always been very slow for a drive-through, the service comes across as unprofessional/untrained. I’d put up with that though if they could actually make a taco, I opened my 10$ Crunchwrap and found a pastry-thin layer of pasted meat and a sloppy helping of wilted and browned lettuce(didn’t even eat it), I opened it because it tasted off. One other time I went and got stuck in line for an entire hour behind 2 orders, and when we got the crunchwraps they were enormous, restaurant quality, we weren’t even mad lol. But the poor quality control and staffing are definitely the main shortcomings, they could do so well if they could just figure out how to light the parking lot at night and staff it properly. Chalk it up to another case of mismanagement, or excessively cheap...
