McDonald's — Restaurant in Worcester

My three friends and I went into McDonalds and ordered a bunch of food, including 2 sweet BBQ bacon burgers. After waiting around 15-20 minutes for our food even though it wasn't that busy, we were finally given everything that we had ordered except our 2 sweet BBQ bacon burgers. These had been replaced with 2 chicken sandwiches. When I went back up to the counter, I talked to a heavy-set Hispanic woman in her 30's (who, I presume, was the manager), who started acting unnecessarily rude towards me. She asked to see my receipt and kept saying that I had ordered the chicken sandwich and that it was my fault the order was messed up. A couple of minutes later the guy that had originally taken my order said that I had ordered the 2 sweet BBQ bacon burgers, but he heard someone say they wanted a chicken sandwich and changed it. He did this without even consulting me and he never read me back my order, so I had no idea that he had done this. They refused to take the chicken sandwiches back and refund my money, and still expected me to pay for the 2 BBQ burgers. They just kept saying that since it was my fault and not theirs there was nothing that they could do.

How ghetto do you have to be to argue with a customer over 2 McDonald's sandwiches? I was willing to pay for my sandwiches. I just did not want to be charged for food I did not order. I will never go to this location again and I will probably avoid all McDonalds in the future. They have gotten too expensive and you can get much better quality food for about the same price elsewhere.

I contacted Corporate and complained. Now, I am waiting for a response. If you have to go to a McDonalds, go to the one on Lincoln Street or the one in Northborough on Route 9. I have never had a problem at these locations and they are much more...

The worst macdonald's drive thru ever! The guy we just encountered on christmas day(25th Dec) at customer service around 1:30am today, he was extremely rude like he had a bad day or he dont like to work or something...He was REALLY RUDE! I asked him for "ice cap" as i am coming from Canada and he didnt suggested me for "ice coffee" instead he was getting really upset and rude.I Also ask him for mcflurry and he was replying "no ice creams" in a quite arogant way that i couldnt listen him clearly at all.When i ask him again for "any other options", he was literally getting MAD.When i was on the order board he was getting mad and when i was on the window he was trying to be little bit decent.He was again and again trying to tell me that he is not listening me clearly however that was not the case and basically he was not interested to listen.When I was leaving he said "merry christmas" to us and i also replied him the same,trying to kind of cover up....Just wondering whether the managers also go through these reviews and take some corrective action or not.Being a vistor from Canada we felt really disappointed and we will advise our friends and family living here that they should avoid this particular macdonald...

I’m here now getting my money back for two meals… first my boyfriend went up to ask for more lettuce for my sandwich and one of the male workers told him that “he could ask but they weren’t gonna give it to him”, confused , I went up and asked and they gave me more shredded lettuce without an issue. As I sat down with my lettuce I began putting it in my chicken sandwich and there was a whole bug (squished with guts out dead) in the lettuce, I felt disgusted and while they should be taking more care when handling food, I get that sometimes things happen! What pissed me off was that the manager ALEX had the nerve to ask if it just fell in ?!?!?!?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I just told u that while I was taking the lettuce out the box I found this DEAD bug in it and you ask me if it fell in THEN don’t even bother throwing away the rest of the lettuce instead you dig in to check it but continue to serve that same lettuce to customers?!?!? Make that make sense!!! This WAS my favorite McDonald’s in this city but NEVER AGAIN!!!! I WARN YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD IF YOU ORDER HERE!!!!
