Made the call and the person on the phone was curt and in a rush, not the best first impression. The shop is located in unique location. Since I do not live in this area I drove by the shop when looking for it. It is a bit run down but most of Worcester pizza places are, it was clean. The employees were not friendly and gave the impression that I was bothering them by picking up a pizza.

But as reviewed before the shop means little if the pizza is supreme. Opened the large pizza cheese pizza box and look to my surprise Greek pizza (was not happy). Not much to review. The pizza was the typical size, bland sauce, bready crust and normal cheese. When you tally all the points for the pizza you come up with BLAH. Not awful but also not great. If you live a couple houses from the shop grab a pizza it won't kill you but you will soon forget you ate a pizza. Since the service was bad and pizza is blah to everyone else I say look for something else...

I just live the family owned pizza place! I have been coming here for years, even though I moved away over 11 years ago! The family is so nice and I love them! They will always have my business. I definitely came into this pizza place a long time ago, and I do love their pizza and salads. If you get a Salad the house dressing is so good! My daughters love it too! They have a special on Mondays and Tuesdays for the Large Cheese pizza ,pick up only , for $ 4.99 ! Now where can you feed a whole family with a hot cooked meal for $5.00 ? At Nikos on Grafton street that’s where! Remember it is pick up only on Mondays and Tuesdays... a good cooking rest for two nights! The bathroom isn’t open because of COVID-19 and all proper distancing and cleaning is good here. Oh one more thing ... I love cream soda and they have it here too! Ha :) Enjoy your Pizza and other choices here! Call ahead for an easy pick up, they do have delivery too...

I placed an order for a Greek sub TODAY. And it was wrong. I'll add the order in the caption and then what I received as well. Unfortunately they close at 10 so even though I called at 950 they didn't answer. I called 8 times with no response. I'm very disappointed. My sub should have grilled chicken Cucumbers feta cheese tomatoes onions and GREEK DRESSING that's all. My sub has melted provolone cheese, grilled chicken Lettuce tomatoes Cucumbers Olives and feta. Not only that when we went to pick it up they asked if we wanted chicken. The menu says it would have chicken.

In addition their answering machine says they are on vacation until Tuesday Aug 15 so I'm assuming their vm isn't up to date, but I was unable to speak with anyone and an disappointed to say the least.

Update: I was able to speak with someone today (7/1) and have my order replaced free of charge. Which I do appreciate regarding...
