Went to dine in at Wicked Wing for the second time since the new management and It was the second time being disappointed. First time was the all you can eat bone in, this time was the all you can eat boneless. I arrived just before 630 and put an order in shortly after. The waitress came back around and I asked if I could order a second round preemptively which she said absolutely. The issue was that around 705, they came back and asked if we received our refills, I stated that I still didn't receive my first round. I believe It was the manager stated that it's because I came later (which isn't the case as two tables to my left received their food prior than I did and they came after I did. The waitress came back two more times, shocked that we still didn't receive our food. At one point she said that It was because the printer ran out of paper in the kitchen so they didn't receive the order, another time she stated that one of the other waitresses took our orders and brought It to another table. Finally received my food and one of the flavors that I ordered wasn't the correct one and the texture tasted like the chicken was sitting out for a little bit. Very unfortunate as I had high hopes for the new management team, but as a group we admitted we would never be back.
