We order from them on a consistent basis. We have never had an issue. Today however, I ordered our food and gave a 15% tip as I usually do. When I arrived home food in hand I realized the grinders that I had ordered were not toasted as I had asked for and that when I had asked for "light on the mayo", there was in fact si much mayo that the meat was falling out of the grinder. I never complain about orders however since we did not order that much I was upset. I called and informed the man that answered that our order was not what we had paid for. He told me that there was "nothing that he could do" and that "he never heard me request anything ". I was informed that the grinders we ordered (italian) were served cold and that they would not fo anything to rectify the situation. I am really disappointed as we order here almost once a week. It was my first time going going to greendale pizza, I ordered a BLT grinder. As I was waiting for my grinder I observed, The gentleman that was making my food not wearing gloves. He was grabbing my food with his bare hands and then started touching the oven and the phone and then went back to my grinder to finish preparing never washing his hands. I had already paid for my food as I was waiting for it. I immediately said something, I received a refund. I expressed concern over not wearing gloves while preparing customers food. The gentleman refunded my money and said he was sorry. My favorite pizza in Worcester! The Little Italy is amazing and is my go to pizza if I want to please the whole family and friends. Every other pizza we have ordered is cooked perfectly and the fries are hot and crispy. Now let's talk customer service. I love that I can call for delivery and have the person on the other line take my order, know where it's headed, be polite and courteous no matter how busy, and deliver our order in less time than promised.
