Listen save your money don't order from here I don't know how this place is still open the food is horrible I ordered something I thought was simple and could not be messed up crab Rangoons and a small pork fried rice simple right?
Well the rice taste weird and smelled awful I threw some home made duck sauce on It ignoring the smell but when I took that first bite I spit it right back out then I went for the crab Rangoons I thought they would have been crispy like just cooked out the fryer type of deal I think they either microwaved them or let them sit too long cause they were soggy in the middle but crispier on the ends weird
So I called to complain and they basically didn't care and said even if I drove there they will give no refunds I was lazy and didn't want to drive to my normal place which is less then a half mile from Yan's in the rotary this is what I get for being lazy this place is trash I've ate from many Chinese places cause I love Chinese food and every place isn't good but this place is horrible eat at...
Read moreFood is either a hit, or devastating miss. More often than not a miss. I've had noodles that were dry and overcooked, with a watery sauce. Extremely greasy fried food like chicken fingers. Shrimp & Lobster sauce that was diluted (with water?) and too-tough-to-chew beef. Not to mention, there's a dumpster right next to their building that smells foul; really gets your appetite going (not). To be fair, I'm not sure if it's their dumpster, but it's still gross next to a place that makes meals. Disgusted that I ever ate at this place to be honest. I can't remember ever eating something that tasted fresh from here. I'm giving two stars because I have at least three memories of eating decently from this restaurant, but that's out of far too many dishes. There's another chinese restaurant 5 minutes away from this one; they don't deliver, but they're so much better that I can't believe they're in...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I ordered from Yans for the first time tonight and they surprisingly delivered right to the hotel room we were staying at which was nice. I had no issues with the staff but the food could have been so much better. The shrimp “batter” was hard on the outside and the shrimp was barely cooked on the inside. The beef teriyaki (only one stick came with combo) was tough and tasted like some sort of chemical. The white rice was fine but the pork fried rice was half crunchy and half cooked thoroughly. The general Taos we could take it or leave it. Over all, I wouldn’t...
